Need guidance but there is no one in the front desk. Only once I met the owner. The staff was from Myanmar, so they don't even know Thai language.

The bathroom is frosted but there’s still a gap so you can see when someone’s on the toilet, the towels weren’t clean, there isn’t daily cleaning. The worst was the ants in the bed area and mosquitos flying around

The staff were nice, and the location was okay as there were plenty of taxis to get to places fairly cheap, and was close to the old town. Also the air conditioning in the room is really good especially when you wanna escape the heat.

The beds were hard, bathrooms not cleaned and the place is due a renovation, the photos are from some time ago. The owners seem to be aware and seem to be trying but the impact of Covid has clearly been difficult for hotels in Phuket.

The owners are really helpful and very accommodating. The location is excellent, short walk to the old town and quiet at night.

This hotel was fair. Didn’t feel that clean. The pictures are totally outdated. No elevator. Is not the closest to the center of old town but is only a 10 minute walk. I wouldn’t recommend this place for the pictures not reflective of reality but you will save money staying here.

Unsafe Hotel – Do Not Stay Here! I do not recommend this hotel at all. The pictures online do not match reality, and the place is far from what is advertised. The biggest issue, however, is security. The doors and windows can be easily opened from the outside, even when locked. This makes the hotel extremely unsafe, and we learned that there have been multiple thefts in the past. When we reported the issue to the staff, they refused to take responsibility and only offered a partial refund, which is unacceptable given the security risks. If you care about your safety, do not stay at this hotel. They do not prioritize guest security, and they are not transparent about their conditions. Avoid at all costs!

This is my second time in Meroom. They're always amazingly friendly and helpful, and the hotel may be not very fancy or new, but it definitely has some individual character and is very cozy. I'll visit it again 100%

I didn’t like the heating system when I wanted to have a shower. Water was hot at first minute and after it was just warm. For summer time was ok but generally it was something strange for me as a European. I also didn’t like that I couldn’t find a trash can inside the hotel and I had to take my rubbish with me to throw them out.

It was a cozy small room. I only needed it for sleep. AC was new and strong so no problem with the hot weather. Room had a table to eat and a mirror, which was great considering the room size. There were many spa, restaurants and bars around to eat or relax which you could attend by walking. Generally it was quiet.

Great experience in this hotel near Phuket Old Town! As soon as I arrived, I was struck by the impeccable cleanliness of the place, everything was perfectly maintained. The staff was attentive, always smiling and ready to help, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The location was ideal for exploring Old Town and admiring its colorful and charming architecture. After my walks, it was a real pleasure to return to the comfort of my room and enjoy the calm of the hotel. An address that I recommend without hesitation

The room was secured with a lock, but outdated and not a quite safe feel. However the entry for the room has to be done with the key. If you leave the key by accident. You’re screwed haha. Also there is no one after 22 o clock available.

The room was perfect for a solo traveller, nice and good spacious room.

It was a very nice sta! Room was even nicer than on the pics, had everything I needed - good and clean bed, ac, hairdryer and clean bathroom. It was also calm for sleeping. I really liked it. Escaped here from the craziness in Patong and was super glad I did it. The town was lovely! Very nice people.
