Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Water pressure near zero. Difficult to wash. Water heater is disabled at night -- only cold showers after coming back for sleep!! Wifi is a joke. They gave us a single password that only works for one device. Sometimes the wifi is completely unprotected and becomes very slow. Road-side entrance is locked after midnight. Need to walk down the narrow street, avoiding cars and bikes, to the reception, then enter the private yard and walk the same street down the opposite direction to get to your room. Window can be opened but it cannot be locked. They tried to falsely charge us for some minibar stuff but accepted when I told them we didn't use any.
Room was clean and quite spacious. Everything in good condition. Our room was next to the beach road but still quiet. Fridge is small but sufficient. Swimming pool looked good but we didn't use it. Only if everything else didn't suck, this hotel could easily be rated higher.

Not really a minus for me, but a little run down. Great value right on the beach with a nice summer vibe, just don't expect **** 4-stars.
Right on Beach road, beach is just across the street. Classical Thai hotel of olders style.

The staff attitude, particularly the old woman at the reception. First time last year 2022 I stayed there for 2 nights with my wife, she was so mean from checking to checkout, asking exorbitant cash for early check-in even though the room was available. This year on my stay alone I again had a huge argument at check-out with her because she wanted to charge me for missing room key even though I made her understand that The key should just be somewhere in the room, some guests were also there and the entire scene was embarrassing. I again reminded her that last year she had a stinking attitude and this year the same thing
Did not had any breakfast there. The location is super great and this was my second time to stay there and will be staying there in the future again

Poor water pressure. Kettle doesn't boil fully and continues to click "On/Off" unless you unplug it. Sporadic wifi, especially in the evening. Will connect but "No Internet". Only 1 set of keys to the main door and room. The key tag is required to keep the power on in the room.
Best thing about the place is the location. Close to Beach Road.

The property needs to be maintained properly. All the swimming pool loungers were broken.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. I was look after nothing was to much trouble.
The room was cleaned everday by clean staff, who were very good, helpful the receptionist were also very good at there job.

Plumbing a bit worn-out! No bar in hotel or breakfast offered, but essentials like toothpaste on sale near reception.
Breakfast was not included, unfortunately. Had i thought about it a bit more, i should have chosen a hotel with this option. Bed clean and comfortable, which was first priority. Electricity works by putting hotel key fob into pocket on wall. Never seen anything else like it. Curtains very thin, but noise nothing very loud, fortunately.

Where do I start? I upgraded to a poolside room. But renovations were being done and the fumes were overpowering, if I stayed in there for 5 minutes let alone the night I would have been ill so I asked for a refund. The owner spoke little English refusing to refund but offered me another room which was dirty and stunk of smoke, a third time ( in-between frustratingly trying to understand her policies and WiFi information ) offering a room I just gave up asking for a refund and took the room as it was only one night. The overall condition of the hotel is neglected, the gardens are all overgrown. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and am still looking for a refund
