Aircon a little cold. No working power point next to the bed. Bathroom door opened onto the toilet so banged against it on entry restricting access space.

Room as usual was excellent. Big, everything I needed. WiFi was OK. Nice shower with good water pressure. Wake up call spot on time. Minibus to airport spot on time and driver very helpful.

The bedroom is very small and every time we take a shower, the whole bedroom it was wet no curtain

Bath tub was too high and hard to get into and slipped. I have a bad back and found in very difficult to get in and out of but the water was nice and hot. Really could have done with a step to get in and out of. No iron or ironing board.

All good except the coffee at breakfast needs an upgrade. A machine that makes lattes, etc., would be vast improvement.

Shuttle service to and from airport is nice and the hotel provides the basic services needed by short term stays. Good value for money. Safe, clean budget accommodations with pool. 5 minutes to airport.

The fact we ordered 2 deluxe rooms with extra large double beds we was given 2 rooms with each having 2 single beds in each, Porter staff polite but unable to communicate in thai or English and didn't really understand our complaint but after 7 hour drive and exhausted we didn't want the fuss, The kitchen had the right idea with good menu but English breakfast was limited to bacon & eggs - toast plastic sausage which I hate, food lacked just a little substance but was OK. The hotel, over all, seemed to lack any leadership/management with staff, but by all means, held the realms, Nick picking there was lots of small jobs staff could of done for example string hanging outside with popped balloons from some sort of event that had been there a while and lobby toilets with no paper for for both, pet peave of mine. Would I stay again ??? Probably if I was doing an airport

The deluxe rooms are very clean and nice, modern bathrooms/shower, Beds comfy and staff was pleasant, Very quiet area just off from main road madness with no real disturbance from aircraft or road traffic also good ambience with local food markets and 7/11 shops.

For an overnight stay it was comfortable. Free shuttle to and from airport and breakfast were excellent.

Staff was not trained to handle our reservation correctly. They charged for the airport shuttle and more than a taxi. The WiFi was not secure.

The bathroom cleaning could be better. There are 5-6 steps from the elevator to the rooms’ floor but they carry your bags to the room.

We stayed one night before departure from airport. Shuttle van was our main priority, it’s a good service.

It's an older hotel , but was clean and some new appointments. The air con fan was loud, but not needed at night. The breakfast was excellent. Staff were professional, friendly and helpful., the location is fantastic to get to and from the airport with free shuttle and with a wonderful market 5 min walk with cheap food, outside small bar and Thai products like muay Thai boxing shorts and tee shirts half the price than bangkok and krabi. All in all, if your flying in or out of bangkok airport and you don't want the 1.5 hour drive into bangkok city centre, then stay here, you can get a taxi to train station to go into bangkok if you need to ......

It is old and beds were hard

In a non commercial area close to the airport. Shuttle service was prompt and it is short hop to get there.

The bed is very very hard. Shower head is broken and the noise of the air conditioning is very very bad.

Location was excellent and breakfast was great. The airport pick up and drop off is very convenient.

Room we got didn't reflect the Agoda photos of the room I booked. Bathroom was nowhere near as nice in reality. Pictures showed separate bath and shower, we didn't get that.

Good location, close to the airport, close to food places and massage shops. Breakfast and dinner in the hotel restaurant were nice. Staff friendly.
