Wifi connection was terrible, even after telling staff nothing was done. AC doesn’t get very cool. Property needs a good freshen up is very rundown.

Housekeeping could be improved, we seemed to run out of toilet paper a lot and coffee cups weren’t washed/replaced when used.

The location was good, close to restaurants, shops and kata food market. The beach was about a 10 min walk and it was stunning. There are 2 pools on the property and the main pool was great but as mentioned in other reviews it definitely needs refurbishment as many tiles missing, but it felt clean. Beds comfortable and the aircon was amazing. Overall for a 3 star property I would recommend it.

The pool is a bit tired and has lots of missing tiles and 'scum' around the walls at water line. I was there for 10 days on this visit (and have stayed there 7 times in total) and these aspects don't seem to have been addressed at all

No WiFi in rooms. Took over 2 hours to get room sorted as one room moved 3 times as there was a big gap between the balcony door and outside (wouldn't have been good with mossys). Hotel very tired, lots of tiles missing from the pool.

Staff almost didn't speak English which was a bit difficult to communicate. They confirmed an extra bed before arrival, which they didn't bring upon check in, I said it was okay because the bed was massive. When I asked to have the extra towel for the 10yo kid, for whom I asked the bed on the first place, they refused to give an extra one because he is a kid, hopefully housekeeping was nice and the next day they gave us one.

the chairs were very dirty in the breakfast dining room, they need replacing. The equipment in the gym needs maintaining as some of it didn’t work/ was dangerous. There aren’t enough sun beds. The pools were not well maintained.

they were very short staffed and consequently did not have our room ready for us at check in time. 2 hours later we were finally showed to our room. a little bit of a shame as we were only there for one night so wanted to make the most of it not waiting around, however the staff gave us complimentary breakfast and a drink as an apology so we appreciated that. breakfast was okay, not too much choice.

the cleaning on common areas should be way better. the elevator was really dirty, the main hall of our building as well. a lot of A/C boxes with trash waiting on the elevator hall.
