Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

THere is a weird smell, like the blend of home fragrance and sewage smell in lobby and specially strong in the male shower room!
Convenient location, accessibility to everywhere in Silom. 8 mins walk to Saladaeng BTS and Silom MRT!

Some noise from the corridor outside the room but not major problem
Good boutique hotel in great location. Excellent breakfast and plenty of good local restaurants and street food. Staff were all really helpful, especially as my luggage had not arrived with me in Bangkok (!!) and they kept checking for me (it did arrive eventually).

The breakfast was ok but could be a bit fresher wirh more choice. The pool area is a bit cramped and not inviting to use
Modern and clean urban hotel. Although the rooms are a little small (to be expected at the price) they are spotless. Staff helpful. Fantastic location for markets bars and street food, all within walking distance.

Groundfloor rooms are very noisy
The hotel is very good located. Walking distance to BTS and MRT. Location is great for gay travellers as the hotel is near the gay nightlife in Silom area

Soundproofing is a disaster; I could hear every conversation in the next room. Room size - a bit small, but enough for a decent rest.
One major benefit of this property is location. For night owls, breakfast time until 11 a.m. is fantastic, and a few other wonderful things are a cozy bed and good wi-Fi - enough for working remotely.

All OK.
Breakfast was very tasty. They made amolets according to your wishes. Plus a buffet. There is a street market right behind the hotel, as well as a Christian hospital, in case you need it. Some of the surrounding streets are quite smelly, and there is garbage. However, at the street market, you can taste all kinds of food. Historical sights are nearby and can be reached by public transport (bus, metro) or boat. Taxi also goes but it's not perfect. I don't recommend a Tuktuk.

Very little sound proofing in the rooms, so can be quite noisy at times. This is the fourth time I have stayed at this property and feel overall the standards are dropping :( I will be looking at alternatives next time I come to stay in Bangkok.

sun does not reach the pool. it is more of a chilling space. but that was not a big deal.

The variety of food and drinks served at breakfast need to be improved. Bangkok is a foodies paradise and this didn't match the food served at the buffet breakfast- a bit ordinary to say the least.
The location of the hotel is what stands this place apart. The hotel is located in the heart of many delicious restaurants and fun bars to visit. The room is clean, comfortable and quiet.

We were in tower block 3 which felt like an annex to the hotel. The swimming pool was very overlooked and wasn't inviting. The room was sparsely furnished. We were staying for a week and there wasn't a lot of storage for our clothes. It was located close to the bts which we used a lot. I think this hotel would be good for a short stay in Bangkok, maybe 2 or 3 nights but not 7.
The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. We chose this area to be near street food markets which were excellent but apart from patpong, for us, there wasn't a great deal of nightlife

The ground floor rooms were the worst i have ever stayed at this hotel. Some was still comming in and out the rooms, slamming the doors, talking loudly at the hallway and this was happening every 30 minutes until 4am
