All rooms should have a safe facility. This was not the case, so we asked to move to a room with a safe. During our stay there was a problem with water leaking from the 1st floor. We had to move rooms, and we have been promised compensation, which should come through your company.

Location was a little more sketchy than pictures let on. Everything was dated. The best description I have is the pictures on the website were "first date", the reality was "stay at home mom in the same yoga pants for 3 days", its comfy, but definitely not what you fell in love with.

Whirlpool tub was fantastic and beds were comfy, great water pressure in shower.

Friendly and helpful receptionist who arranged the most suitable room location for us, everything we needed in a very clean room with coffee machine and coffee at reception freely available too. Well positioned, looking straight on to the Park for running and walking, 20 mins from Sky Harbor, 7 mins from Scottsdale Old Town and across the road from a "Fry's" supermarket and other shops. Non pretentious and good value for money.

Everything was ok except that the AC was controlled and the breakfast was only coffee and biscuit or slice of regular cake.

I didn’t like the hot tub in the room had burn holes on it. The carpet was also dirty. It took maintenance a long time to bring extra items we needed.

I love the park across the street. The view of the park was nice. I also liked the pool area.

Shower curtain was too short that caused water leak out on the floor we found a cockroach in the shower and room had an oder like the room needed to be aired out.

They need to take the time to replace “all” the electrical outlets in the room we stayed in as there were only two individual outlets that would hold a plug in the entire room. This improvement would definitely have improved my rating.

The pool area is excellent and the beds are comfortable. All the staff were delightful.

Gym was dirty and missing dumbells. Equipment was not functioning properly. Gym didn't open until 7am.

Room was spacious, clean and had everything I needed! Hair dryer, safe, micro, fridge, good bed, and lots of room. I also loved that the property was just across from the greenbelt, paved pathways that go in either direction for miles. The property was close to restaurants and gas station. Just down the road was, Trevor's, which has food truck/beer/wine... a gem of a place!

Pool is a lot smaller in real life. Outside isn't appealing at all but room was comfortable.

There was nothing " resort" about this motel. No elevators and our room was a long way away from the pool and pictures. The rooms look like they have been remodeled and they were clean. The electrical has not been upgraded. No outlets on one side of the bed and the other side constantly came unplugged if you moved. Then you have to move the nightstand to plug it back in. The size of the towels was great if you're four years old. Tiny and so thin. The "built ins" were not upgraded to fit the fridge and microwave. They are both tiny and move around in the way too large compartment. The shower head soaks the floor and the tub would not drain. We used pool towels for the shower but we're required to pick them up and return them to the office???? The stairs and hallway need some serious steam cleaning. They are filthy

I'm still waiting for my $100 "Damage Deposit" to be refunded. That's a nasty little "surprise" when you check in.

The staff was great and the pool was excellent. It's also a short walk to several restaurants that are pretty good.

The noise from the cleaning carts in the morning, but understand the maids need to work. It would have been awesome if they had a service at the pool for food and or drinks, and the hot tub was nice but didn't put out much of a jet. Still enjoyed it though.

The bed was very comfortable, the pool was relaxing, the staff was nice
