Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

TaiwanWe were surprised when we arrived at the hotel because they didn’t offer luggage storage service. However, since we had a reservation, the hotel allowed us to leave our bags after we spoke with the manager. Also, not all of the front desk staff had a good attitude—some of them seemed burned out and didn’t really care about the guests’ experience.
Overall, the environment was clean, minimalistic, and comfortable.

IrelandLighting in the room is weird. We could not figure out how to turn off the ambience lighting while keeping the side lamp on. This was very frustrating. Admittedly, we did not ask for help with this but it should not be so hard to figure out if it is possible. Another issue is the ports are oriented diagonally and too close together, meaning that there was often only space for one device even though there are two ports.
Staff were very helpful and nice. lobby is well maintained and has a nice design.

United StatesWhat I didn’t like about the hotel was the additional charges. The parking fee was $34 per night, which felt quite overpriced. On top of that, breakfast wasn’t included in the booking and seemed to require an extra charge. When you factor in both the parking and breakfast costs, the overall price of the stay becomes quite high compared to other hotels in the same category that offer these amenities at a lower or no extra cost. It made the total booking feel a bit overpriced.
The hotel had a lot of positives, but also a few challenges. The staff were friendly and did their best, but it was clear the hotel was understaffed. There was only one person at the front desk, trying to check in guests while also handling phone calls. I had to wait on the line for a couple of minutes each time I called. On the plus side, the location was excellent—very convenient, close to the airport, and with easy access to West LA and the southern parts of the city. The room was clean and comfortable, and another great feature is that the hotel is pet-friendly, and there’s no extra charge for bringing your pets. That was a big bonus for me!

United StatesIt would’ve been nicer if there was a pool and jacuzzi within the hotel property not shared with Hyatt’s next door. Checked it out but wasn’t attracted to swim there.
Enjoyed the modern interior and exterior hotel design. As well as the outdoor rooftop area with area to lounge around the bonfire. The hotel room layout with the sofa area overlooking the LAX was also a nice touch! It was pleasant to see the airplanes land.

MexicoThe only thing to consider is the staff's attitude, they were offering some free samples (specifically water mists in sample size bottles) my mom took one and they seemed angry that she did and when I went to the lobby to ask for a tissue box (that had to be replaced because the one in our room was empty) I grabbed one and they also looked at me funny, so what's the deal? if you don't like people taking samples, don't offer them. When we arrived we had a lot of luggage + a dog so we needed a trolley car to put all the luggage, when we asked for one, they said all of them were busy and we just kept staring at each other, I was always nice to them, as they clearly didn't care that I needed one, I asked where I could go find one as I really needed, it was then they took the hint to go look for it, they eventually brought one but they also seemed pissed to have to do that for us, I thanked them for their help. And also both parking and the airport shuttle had to be paid as extras, both costs are not included in the room fee.
This hotel is very well located, very close to LAX, the hotel is really clean and the installations look really new. They are also pet friendly, we were traveling with my tiny dog and they dont charge any extra fees for your pets. That was great. The room also was very clean and had a frigobar with some water bottles at no extra charge that was really nice.
