The cleanliness of the room. The carpet looks like it had not been cleaned in well over a month. I would have preferred if you took it out the room rather than laying it back on the floor. The bathroom also needed some deeper cleaning. The bathroom is always the key to really understanding your cleaning ability. Thank goodness I brought a small bleach spray and cleaning towel. Not what you want to do when you’re trying to rest, but better so you can enjoy the amenities as you planned.

The lobby is stunning and gives such a comfortable vibe. The game tables, bar and the lounging area is beautiful. The windows to the lobby open to bring fresh area and the bustle of the city streets in.

The location was perfect for our visit but the hotel really needs a full service restaurant.

Our room was located on the third floor with a view of the roof which was covered with dirt and grass. It was a very unattractive view. We prefer hotels that have a full service restaurant. The only hot breakfast was microwaved food.

The location was perfect for our plans. The staff was very helpful.

Housekeeping was not as frequent as I was expected, but I also did not asked for more - so not fair to say it’s not good. When happened, was great.

Breakfast options were limited- grab n go style- so we went elsewhere - a restaurant for breakfast would make the place perfect!

This hotel was ideally located close to the City Centre , Navy Pier and many tourist attractions, with lots of excellent restaurants and shopping nearby. The beds were comfortable and having a (small) pool and nice gym were added bonuses during our stay. The hotel is nicely decorated and very clean

Perfect location to explore downtown, mag mile, and lakeshore Chicago. Sizable room for an urban hotel. Can be a little loud at times, but it didn’t hinder sleep. Good hangout space for takeout meals downstairs. Decent hotel gym. Access to so many restaurants and stores.

The room/bathroom was pretty run down. You also need to request room cleanings if you want them which still seems ridiculous for any hotel stay.

Location is great. We also needed to use our car and you can access the car from the valet up to 3 times a day which is super convenient.

The parking garage situation was a bit confusing. We checked out and got the parking validated, but there was a separate receipt with a QR code and the lady at the front desk didn't explain to scan it. It was a mess and we were charged twice.

I didn’t like that the property advertised that they offered pet items such as bedding, bowls and toys. Based on this I didn’t pack any of those things for my pets and I was forced to purchase those items while on the trip.

We loved that the property was pet friendly, perfect location, and my kids loved the lobby because the access to the pool table and space in the lounge areas to play board games.

There was quite a lot of dust in the rooms, the walls are not very thick and sometimes you can hear people from the room next door

Great location in the city center, close to the metro and various bus lines; the rooms are very spacious, they have refrigerators and coffee machines
