The television was on very basic DirecTV and there weren't a lot of good options. I tried to cast from my phone to watch something on Netflix or Hulu but it would not connect. But that wasn't really a big deal.

This was a great value, great location, very close to the main Beach area, it's a short drive in to downtown St Augustine. The bed was very comfortable, the room and facility was very clean. The pool was fantastic. The staff were friendly and sweet. It was dog friendly. It wasn't fancy, but everything you needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Just small things--there was no stopper for the tub if one wanted to take a bath. Also, the chairs seem to be made of cast iron, so heavy to move; and when the occupant in the room above you moves one, it grates across the floor/ceiling.

Everything! Quiet, comfortable, clean, staff are courteous and efficient, pool is clean, breakfast bar was good with lots of variety.

Need hand towel racks,and beds are a little on hard side. Can you get rid of the 70s era bedspread. ? Just gross.

Close to restaurants and stores. Very clean and staff was great.

Several times there was no hot water. I had to tell an employee and they turned on the water heater. The light in the shower area was very dim.

Comfort of the pillows, bedding, mattress. A bit farther than we wanted from downtown, but that was our fault for not paying more attention to the location.

Everything was very clean and neat, well taken care of. It is just very outdated.

Only issue was the bathtub not draining good while showering.

Loved the location, short drive to Downtown St. Augustine and within walking or easy driving to all the beautiful beaches! Very clean well kept pool area. Would definitely stay again 😊

If I just had to complain about something, it would be the breakfast hours.

The staff was nice. The room was clean. Also a 2 mole drive to the beach. I also like that there were no hidden fees.

Walking into the room, we were put off by the very old, faded and shabby looking bed covers. These really need to be replaced. Also, the sheets on my bed were threadbare and hadn't been ironed, so were very wrinkled. I just hope they had been put on the bed fresh, after the last person slept in them! They could have been more generous with the soap and shampoo and coffee supplies. There was only sufficient for one person. For what we paid for the room, we weren't too impressed.

We were located on the upper floor and the room was quiet. There was plenty of hot water for our morning showers. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The continental breakfast was restocked as supplies diminished. The room had a refrigerator and microwave. The location was good. There is a Winn Dixie market a five minute walk from the hotel and it's about a 4 mile drive from the St. Augustine Amphitheater. The swimming pool looked nice, but unfortunately we didn't have time to use it.

Water pressure was low, not good for showering. Breakfast was very basic, could have been better.

Bed was comfortable and tv was nice size. Was only about 2 miles from the beach.

The room was a little on the small side. Did not have a chair inside the room. But other than that, it was very adequate.

Location was great. I had a ground floor room and I could park right outside my door that was great.

The beds weren’t the most comfortable, but not too terrible.

Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. They are pet friendly and we were traveling with our staffy so it was perfect. Price and location were also very reasonable.
