Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Walkman shower didn’t have a shower curtain. Could have used one to prevent water in the rest of the bathroom

Tv service went out in facility- I called desk but did not receive call back. Breakfast service ran out of coffee.

Most of the time lucky to have any soap in room, they had a round soap the size of a quarter, that's way to small.

Needed light bulbs. Haha believe it or not there was only one light bulb in the entire room. Not sure if the others had been stolen or what but they were gone. They did offer to move me and I declined I was tired and wanted to sleep anyways.
The staff was extremely helpful. I have stayed there several times this week while working in town and they were great. They made sure I had what I needed and helped when I did have minor issues. Those guys are keepers. The beds were clean and so were the bathrooms. Two big things for me. Overall great for the price.

Some things were in bad shape like maybe they were renovating so floors were dirty. They were having trouble with the TV service going off and on but I understand somethings are out o their control.
Location and the price. Definite upgrades were done also.

The breakfast is very minimal. All 3 days I stayed there was no meat or oatmeal available, just waffles, yogurt, cereal, bagel and boiled eggs. Also, I had no clean towels in my room when I first checked in but I guess that was an oversight on housekeeping.
I liked the price, the location, plenty of parking space and the room was spacious and bed comfortable.

Waited 45 mins soaking wet to check in, there was a used soap bar in my shower, the blow dryer was broken and when I asked the same lady that checked us in she was rude. The handicap spaces in the front were blocked by inconsiderate guys, one being a police officer.

I didn’t think about it until I got home but I think I brought home bed bugs from this hotel. I remembered it felt like I was getting bit while sleeping but thought it was just me. After telling my husband about maybe it was their beds . He too said he felt like he got some bites. And he never says that. So IDK but they need to ck their beds

Very noisy with people slamming doors, loud talking in hallways until very late. Bathroom tub & tile have seen better days.

The breakfast was not good. Coffee was not hot, you could tell it had been there for a long time. Juice machine was out of order. There was no protein provided. No yogurt, no peanut butter, no Nutella. Even the cereal was low and the milk was not refrigerated.
Place was decent. Looks like there were repairs being made to certain areas.

The only thing I didn’t like was losing power but it was out of the staffs control so I understand.

The breakfast area was horrible, breakfast is from 7am to 10 am. We got there at 9:20 and there was barely anything to eat and there was still 40 minutes for breakfast to end. I asked if they were gonna refill anything and the front desk said no.

When I was checking out the office lady came and checked the room and said I could get my 100$ deposit back. I left my ID but they let me pay the room every day. But they wouldn't let me get my deposit. I returned with the ID and was denied and then they said I was smoking in the room. Which was untrue. 100 is a lot to loose for a lie.
The rooms the luxurious feel of the room at such a low price.
