Our towels were FILTHY. Like legit stains on the washcloths. The remote in the tv was also missing a remote so it was very hard to control the tv. When booked, they messaged us on the booking.com app with a phone number for support but when I texted the number, no response. My mother had to text another number and they informed us they would bring clean towels and a battery for our remote. Even ask if we gave permission for them to enter. When we returned back to the room, there was not ONE clean towel or washcloth AND the battery they brought was dead and so the remote still did not work. When we complained further, they informed us that they already came and that the staff was done working for the day. It was kinda horrible but I will say the hotel is located in the heart of everything and right beside the beach. We did not have a beach view. It was if you walked outside the room, but not from our window.

The property was in a great location, right on the beach. The property also did look like the pictures, so that was nice. It definitely gives kinda motel vibes but if you need somewhere to sleep, this will do the job.

The room bedsheets didn’t feel clean, the pillows was too thin and it was loud noise throughout the night.

It was on the beach, had a pool, the room had: a micro, fridge and a partial stove.

The beds weren’t real comfortable. Empty lot beside the hotel had some sketchy people. Cops came around multiple times. Didn’t have an extra lock from inside for night.

The property was clean, could definitely tell it was an older hotel. Still needs a few updates. The staff was fantastic, even though she spoke no English at all.

Don't know about you but it would have been nice to sit outside and look at the ocean?? The whole point of going? Was accused of only wanting to smoke but a few chairs and a table would have been nice! Inside and out?? Don't get to see the ocean all the time?? And if you bring home leftovers from a restaurant dint want to sit on bed and eat?? Really??

The location was great but their was no tables and chairs inside or out??

I was a bit unsure about not having support staff on-site. I didn't know what to do if I needed assistance.

The rooms where nice, clean and comfortable. The pool was nice as well.

1)The TV remote nor the AC remote had batteries in them, and we had to google how to program the remote because it didn't even work on the tv. 2) The room isn't cleaned daily; luckily we aren't picky people and reuse towels. 3) The floors were FILTHY! I had to constantly keep wiping my feet with wipes or wet rag before putting my shoes on or getting in the bed. My feet were BLACK. Needs a good detailed sweep and mop. 4) The WiFi is very spotty and only works in certain spots of the room or outside.

This was a very nice place for the price paid and in a very good location. I guess due to no front desk staffing (BnB style) there were very few people staying there so the pool was never crowded and always good parking. We would most def stay here again.

The mattresses need to be replaced. They were sunken in and very uncomfortable. Also a light switch for the balcony light was leaking water out of it.

The location was perfect, it was a very quiet stay not to busy. Pool and room were both clean. Our room seemed to be newly updated.

Terrible beds, pillows, dingy towels, wash cloths. Over filled trash cans outside. Dark hallway, not remote for the t.v. I'm not sure if the baseboard was rotten or molded in the bathroom. No table ir chair in the room, we had to put everything on the floor. No rack in the closet to hang anything. Didn't look like the picture.

There are many things I did not like. The air conditioning was there but it did not work well. You need to blast it 24/7 and it was hard to sleep till it actually cooled off at 4 am. No ice or drink machines. The parking lot sucks. I hate it that there is no front desk , because the public beach access is beside the parking lot so local teens came there at maybe 1100 pm on Wednesday night. They were yelling, playing loud music and revving engines till 130 am when some of them decided to migrate to the pool. I called the police and they came out to tell them to be quiet. They said that is all they can do because it is private property. I’m thankful that I stayed through the week. I think the weekend would have been worse. I will not return.

The room we stayed in had NOT been cleaned very good, HOUSEKEEPING needs to clean rooms alot better than what they do, wr walked in sand the whole 5 days we were there and layed a towel o. Floor to wipe our feet before getting in bed.our last night there we woke up to the freezer had decided to thaw and puddled water all over our floor. The parking lot is very small and hard to park in, my husband's truck got scrapped in the headlight, we didn't know until we were on our way home at a gas station. The towels they supply you are extremely thin and almost the size of a large dish towel, I called and asked for larger ones and they did bring us some bigger ones. There comforters are just a little thicker than a sheet. So bottom line is they need to update there rooms better and have HOUSEKEEPING clean ALOT better than what they do, my husband feels he was ripped off for what he paid for.
