Only thing I didn’t like was the traffic when trying to leave out of the resort it was a very busy street

They were working on redoing the reception and recreation building so the hot tub and pool weren’t available, but that was fine.

Our unit was very comfortable, clean and perfect amount of space for us. Furniture was well maintained. We really liked relaxing in our unit after a day of fly fishing. There was lots to do if you wanted to, and the staff were pleasant and prompt to answer any questions.

Dislike - coffee machine at guest services was not working. Like - Codo was better than expected - staff was polite and courteous.

Stayed here several times and parking is always tight and hard to park if you have a truck or large SUV.

Master bath was awkwardly configured...Humongous jacuzzi dominated it with a really tight shower wedged at the end (banged my elbow a couple of times). BUT functional.

Location was excellent to Ski Sugar and close to Banner Elk for restaurants and sight-seeing. Check-in staff was wonderful - efficient and accommodating. Accommodations were great, ample space for our party, lovely and well-appointed kitchen (dishwasher has seen better days tho but still working). Loved the balconies. Loved the jacuzzi amenity. Loved that we could do laundry. There is construction still going on but it was not noisy nor was it obstructive.

The accommodations were perfect for the size of our group. It's close to where some of our party had to rent equipment and the skiing on Sugar Mountain was great, We will definetly try and come back next ski season!

Bedroom cleanness wasn't exceptional. The bathroom wasn't clean enough.

We stayed at the 1 bedroom apartment, great location, 5 minutes away from Sugar mountain. The apartment has a full kitchen available, great for having a great home made meal.

The heating system is not well distributed throughout the house, as it is very hot upstairs and cold downstairs.

After almost two years, finally they got a working coffee machine in the office for guests.

I wish the units were a little cleaner. We found quite a few hairs in the bathrooms and sheets.

When I turned the fireplace on, I didn't like the strong gas smell.

The location was perfect. I love the scenery and that it's nestled in the woods. The unit itsef was immaculate. The furnishings were updated and it was very clean and spacious.

The only thing we didn't like was being able to hear the people above us walking around. It was quite loud. I also found the bed to be uncomfortable.

The one bedroom suite we had was beautiful! It was roomy and had lots of amenities, such as full kitchen, gas fireplace, jetted tub. It was very clean. There was a lot of traffic noise outside but inside was insulated from most sound. We found it to be cozy and quiet. The property also offers many amenities at no extra charge, such as fishing in the pond, paddle boats or kayaks, mini golf, tennis, basketball, and a fire pit. A very nice place to stay.

A ceiling fan in the upstairs king size bedroom would have been nice.

It was just want we needed. Even tho it rained, it was so peaceful to open the balcony doors and listen to the rain fall. The rooms were so comfortable. Everything was as pictured.
