The hot tub had a brown foam and film on the surface of the water. There were brown stains on the pillowcases and some of the towels in the pool area.
It was moderately clean and the location was around a lot of food places.

Not the cleanest place and mattresses weren’t comfortable.
I like the location of the hotel. You can find many good restaurants to eat and it’s close to Downtown Madison.

Shower head has NO pressure. Felt like I was being dribbled on.
did not eat breakfast. Coffee packets-staff kept giving decaf...but i was able to get downstairs in lobby. Nice room, comfy.

I absolutely loved this hotel. We actually already booked another stay because of how much we enjoyed this location. We had stayed in a room with a pool view and I would say it is very worth the price. The convenience of being able to walk right out to the pool is 10/10. My only qualm with it is that you don’t necessarily know if you will be 1st or 2nd floor and the 2nd floor obviously doesn’t connect the same way. Other than that the beds were great, breakfast was a fantastic variety (the even had chocolate flavored waffle batter). Very looking forward to our stay here again.

Some of the furniture, walling does show its age (but acceptable), and the water pressure is a bit weak compared to other places. A bit of a distance from central Madison or the airport
Reasonable prices for a spacious room filled with all the necessities I needed, breakfast wasn't too bad but a bit limited in hot food options (eggs and meat/potato mix). Rooms were quiet, bed was nice, has swimming pool and fitness center (did not try either though). Safe part of town (from my perspective at least)

It can get a bit loud in the hallways at night. The walls are thin.
The place was clean, warm, and comfortable. No bar but no problem, the front desk serves beer, wine, and a selection of cocktails!

The only thing that I didn't like was that the bed was uncomfortable.
I chose this hotel because it offered a shuttle to the airport and a good value. When I arrived, the staff was friendly and helpful. The property was clean and easy to find my room.

All of the towels seemed dingy. A room down the hall from us had a very large pile of dirty towels sitting outside their room for over a day.
Convenient location. Price for bringing dogs was very reasonable. Quiet room.

The bathtub was not useable as the drain was unable to be used. I have a disability so standing in the shower is difficult. The microwave and TV did not work properly.

We specifically booked this property due to it's 12pm check out time. The cleaning staff began knocking on our door at 9am to ask when we were leaving. Even after we told them we were staying until noon, they came by again at 11:20am to see if we were leaving. Not the relaxing morning I was looking forward to after returning from my overseas trip. ☹️
The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast was excellent.

There was a weird substance on one curtain. Just stayed away from that curtain and the drain in the tub did not want to stay open. I stuck a washcloth under the drain to hold it open on one side and it drained perfectly after that. pro travel tip. The only other thing is if you are driving, this hotel does not have outside cameras on your vehicle.
The pros of this place are definitely the price and the staff. Everything else I checked out was priced so high and we were only going to be sleeping in the room and gone about 16 hours a day. The pool area was nice. It could use updates, but I definitely think for the price, this place is great. This was perfect for us since we just needed a place to sleep and the bed was fine.
