Person at front desk was not helpful in helping with restaurant suggestions or anything else. Left very early.

An extra blanket would have been nice to curl up under while watching TV from the chair/ottoman. The curtains don't fully close, but if there was a clip that might solve the problem. The refrigerator froze my fruit solid. It's probably set too cold. There also wasn't a screen on the window which made me uncomfortable leaving the window open a bit at night. An extra pillow (with the blanket previously requested) would be nice too. I did have to jiggle the toilet to keep the flap from running continuously. Minor I know. Thanks for all you do. I know your jobs are difficult and funds are restricted. Keep up the good work, it is truly appreciated. Thank you.

I assumed that the bed would be OK, but the bed was so very comfortable that I slept like a rock and actually overslept. The staff allowed me extra time to check out which was very kind. The coffee/hot chocolate combo I got to take on the road really helped me start my journey. I have stayed here before and will do so again in the future since the accommodations are so clean, comfortable, I feel secure and the staff is so friendly. Realistically, at this price point, I couldn't ask for more.

It is obviously an older building but there were signs of ongoing updates. And occasionally, people would cross behind the property that were loud.

The property was very clean and close to many restaurants and attractions. There is a walking path out to the harbor that starts at the back of the property. Our little dog was in heaven!

Great place to stay while visiting Redwood State and National Parks. Clean, comfortable and quiet with helpful staff. Several good restaurants nearby.

The room had a bit of a funky smell. The water pressure was not great in the shower. The TV channels did not come in well...all very minor things.

The staff were nice and friendly. The laundry room was an added bonus. They let us get quarters and laundry soap at the front desk. The room was super spacious. The hot water was great. It was very close to food and things to do. It was quiet despite multiple people staying nearby

House across the street with lights on all Night made it hard to star gave from the balcony.

Close to bay & amenities. Bed was extra comfy! Not far from the Redwoods as well. 2 person in room jacuzzi tub was relaxing.

Communication is good, but numerous emails and texts that didn't seem to accomplish the goals of streamlining check-in were more confusing than helpful. Finding an email late in the day of check-out was even concerning that turning in the room door cards at 6:15am wasn't adequate.

No ventilation, windows had no screens, no AC, it would get muggy and you had to stay awake with an open window, for safety reasons. It did get warm during the night.

Breakfast...even just some pre-packaged muffins or pastries would have been nice.

We liked the coffee machine in the lobby and it was nice to have a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in the room. Staying with pets was easy and there was no additional charge! They promptly released my deposit.
