Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

In room 103, the toilet lid kept sliding every time i used the restroom, toilet paper holder also was loose in the wall. We had an issue with a man following me and my mom out to the parking lot whenever we went to go smoke but the lady who i believe owns the motel said she would keep an eye on us which made us feel a lot safer
I like that checking in was easy, very friendly Front Desk and Housekeeping staff, and its located near all the stores you could need. Rooms are very clean and smell nice. We will stay here again in the future

Staff was friendly and accommodating. I needed a place purely for sleeping and did not require full amenities of namebrand hotels and Best Lynnwood Inn met my expectations.

The double bed for 2 people is too small, and it would have been better if it was queen size. Also, more breakfast options would have been great.
The staff and cleanliness of the hotel were amazing. Also lots of parking and breakfast was available until 9:30 AM, which was great. Definitely will stay here again.

My wife is celiac, so there weren’t many options for breakfast. Would be great to add a couple more non-wheat options (oatmeal, sausage/bacon/egg not in sandwich form, etc.)

There was a funny smell in the room, but not disturbing.
Clean room and we slept quietly and comfortably! The staff is very nice. The breakfast was grab and go, so it was sufficient to start the day.

Sound from other rooms can be heard at times.

The location was a little challenging to get to because the street has a divider and we had to make U-turns.
It looked like it ad a refresh with paint and new IKEA furniture. The shower was hot, which was very welcoming. The room was clean and feee of weird smells.

Tiny trash receptacles in the room. Room furnishings were a bit Spartan. Horizontal counter space near the sink was minimal, really just enough room for tooth brush. Next door business had someone running a noisy leaf-blower twice a day.
Buildings were well-maintained. Access doors and window screens all in good repair and secure. Common areas clean and well cared-for. Parking area was well-lit. Reasonable rates.

Nothing in particular, there could be more options for breakfast, I missed some orange juice and maybe some ham or salami for example. But it was enough.
It was very clean, no funny smells, staff was really nice and helpful. The location of this hotel is not exactly pretty, but it’s OK I guess, we felt quite safe there :) And what I liked the most? Probably that little squirrel we saw twice looting a garbage can, he was sitting on top of it and nibbling something he found inside, so cute little guy 😀 Also the price was very reasonable for what you get.
