United StatesThe building needs work. One set of the front doors didn’t work. There is no elevator. The room was clean-ish. Our room had mold on the A/C-Heat unit. I was told it was dust. Either way, the contaminants shouldn’t have been there. One of my family members said the snacks in the vending machine were overpriced. There were some other things but for the money we spent per night, it wasn’t worth it. I’ve stayed in other Best Westerns and this one is not up to the Best Western standard.

United StatesWhen I checked in, the clerk told me there would be a significant hold fee if I paid with a debit card. After a lot of conversation back and forth, I was able to pay a different way. The front desk clerk seemed distracted and uninterested in checking me in even though I was the only one in the lobby.
The morning we were there, there was a cheerleading team of some sort staying at the hotel. The breakfast area was a disaster and no one was there to clean it up. Literally there was juice and food all over the floor. We sat in a corner and ate what little food was left. We probably sat there for 20 minutes and no one came to check on the food or clean it up. Definitely was not a good experience for us.

Breakfast was adequate. Room was excellent (might have been for handicapped). Additional door view port at belt height was delightful safety feature. Sheets were thin but adequate for season. Could not detect debris or hair on floor. Bathroom was large and spotless. Staff were very helpful.

United StatesIf pool was warm so I could have gotten in it but besides that it was the cleaning lady , she could have opened my door when my grand baby locked us out when I was getting more towels and my baby was still inside. Instead she got scared and ran off saying she would get key but didn’t come back and when I seen her she just ignored me. Thought that was very rude and got me mad
The staff was great , very friendly and accommodating. Only issue I had was that the pool was cold since it just got refilled so we couldn’t swim but my grand baby still did, real trooper. The next day it was warmer but I still didn’t get in. The next day for some reason our room rate went up and it was a Thursday so wasn’t sure what was going on so we left, so never got to get in pool. But…. The place was clean and I did like the breakfast and staff, except for cleaning lady she was rude when my grand baby locked us out of room while my baby was inside. Asked her in Spanish if she could open door and she ran off saying she was getting key but didn’t and I had to walk to office to get key while baby was inside. But besides that great experience

United StatesPillows were awful. No elevator ! I have medical issues that prevent me from safely going up and down steps. Breakfast was just okay. Phones didnt work.TV wouldn't work for a long while until we kept messing with it and reset the cable.

There were no towels in the pool area. several guests after us had to ask for towels as well. we only had enough towels in our room for 2 people and we had three. Hotel needs some things replaced. Seemed like new owners might have just taken over ownership?
The staff was very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was good. lots of choices.
