As a late riser it was difficult to make it tothe breakfast before it ended.

There was not much that was disappointing regarding the room or the staff. The only complaint that we really had was the pipes making loud noises when the upper floor toilet was flushed or the water turned on, but once it was past 10 pm. people were going to bed and the noise never woke us up.
Overall the room was clean and maintained well for an order motel. The beds were comfortable beds, and the wifi worked fine. There was plenty of parking and we were centrally located.

I was in a little room off in the corner. Just felt stuck away.
This Best Western was pretty old and tired—not up to the usual standard. I think it must have been fine 30 years ago.

They should get normal size pillows. The small pillows were uncomfortable and hard to sleep on.

They need Bagels and cream cheese every day instead of only every other day.
It was comfortable and clean. Relatively quiet. Nice breakfast, even had green tea. Made a couple of requests beforehand and they honored them with no problem. Heater worked well. Close to restaurants and shopping.

The breakfast was really good. Rooms are a bit dated, but were clean. You do enter the rooms from the outside some are a flight up the stairs but isn’t a problem if you can do stairs.

While Best Western offered clean and spacious rooms, the overall feel of the hotel was dated. We noticed some minor repair issues, such as a slightly uneven sidewalk and a few worn fixtures. Although these didn't significantly impact our stay, they did detract from the overall modern experience. The pet-friendly policy and friendly staff remained positive aspects, but the datedness of the facilities might be a factor for some guests.
It exceeded our expectations with its clean, spacious rooms and friendly service. The pet-friendly policy was a major plus, making our travel experience stress-free. The breakfast offered a variety of options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. We were particularly impressed with the staff's attentiveness and helpfulness. Overall, we had a comfortable and convenient stay at this Best Western and would definitely recommend it to others.

The light switch for the sink area was in the bedroom and the switch for the toilet and shower was in the sink area. Weird. Very noisy. People checked in above us at 10pm. Their children ran back and forth, luggage was thrown on the floor and they talked so loud we could hear every word. Other loud cars ran in the parking lot while they were loading something, at 10pm as well.
Great Location. Beds were comfortable. Very clean. We liked parking right outside our door. Breakfast was good. Got a discount at the restaurant next door as well.

The TVs are old but ....okay. in a town where the average price of a hotel is 45 to $85, this place asks for much more. They should certainly be able to update their TVs and their linens.
The location is ideal and within walking location of many restaurants. The beds are wonderful!

Thin walls with the next room. I heard his TV all night long until about 3 am . Parking was tight at night for trucks. Compact cars had no problem.
Pre-check in, quick check in, and a spacious room with a large bathroom separate from the sink.
