Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. The only complaint I had was no breakfast when I got up in the morning. I was expecting a continental breakfast and there was none.
The facility was clean, neat and orderly as was the staff. I was able to park right close to my room. The outside environment seem to be safe as well.

Some aspects showed age and had stains - window cracked, toilet lid cracked, stains on tub. Wifi password didn’t work but I’m not staying long so I didn’t ask for help.
Staff was personable and double checked with me if I wanted a smoking room. Good thematic decorating. Most important for me - room looked and felt clean.

Air conditioner didn't work very well. The room could have used a good dusting and wipe down - not filthy but just the typical places that don't always get cleaned (top of TV, etc). Still a good cheap place to stay!
I liked the price - very affordable. The bed was very comfortable too.

I could hear people talking in the hallway late at night.
I’ve stayed at the Booneslick hotel in Missouri and Arkansas. I guess they’re owned by the same person. The hotel was clean and well maintained! Bed was comfortable and i slept well. There’s not a lot of amenities, like no breakfast but I’m fine with that! I like the price point and it was comfortable! I’ll stay there again!

Nothing, we had a great visit. Even stayed a extra night!
They are very friendly. Very clean. Welcomed our service dog at no extra cost! They even have Roku tv with all the subscriptions!

I believe they allowed smoking in some of the rooms on the 1st floor. Even though we were on the second floor in a non smoking room we could still smell the smoke up in our room. That was very disappointing.

South west door into the lodge seemed broken and did not lock. One detraction is they used to serve a really good breakfast but I suppose due to COVID they are not doing that anymore.
We have used Booneslick every year for a work function and it has been a reliable lodge to stay in. Rooms are well kept, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the facility is relatively well lit for security. They are located conveniently next to several restaurants and a wal-mart for convenience.

The sound traveling from the upstairs customer was quite troubling on my first night, much better after I spoke to management the following morning

Bathtub faucet had great water flow, but shower head was weak with little flow or opressure.

Advertise information for this facility said there was breakfast and a pool. Neither of which they had. That makes a different when you’re on an emergency bereavement trip and you have budgeted for breakfast to be taken care of and then it’s not.

No pool. There is a pool there but not filled. The internet add says breakfast included but there is a sign in the kitchen area that says no breakfast.
This hotel is always clean up front and has an eye catching theme of cabin life. The non smoking rooms are always clean, beds are comfy.

The heavy smell of incense in the hallways and all public areas. It was overwhelming and nauseating.

I did not have any complaints. I would have liked a softer bed.
I enjoyed staying at this hotel. The price was very nice. The staff was nice. The travel to and from Indigo Sky casino was very easy and fast.
