The morning of checkout, my son walked near the front door and told me he smelled Marijuana. As I approached the door to exit, I could smell the strong odor. When I opened the door outside, the smell was even worse. I looked to my left and right in front of the room next to me. You could see the smoke that was right outside their door as if they had just walked back in. When I went back inside, I could smell the Marijuana odor all the way inside the kitchen. So they had to be smoking Marijuana in the room because it was strong. I advised the staff as I was checking out

Staff was a little rude this time around and we do stay there a-lot they normally are very nice. A/c needs attention the cafe definitely needs work I ordered a bagel and it had a horrible taste even after loading up with cream cheese. I also tried it awhile back and ordered lunch food and was just yuck.

Unfortunately you cant choose your fellow guests and some of them are loud and obnoxious and 100% self centred. We had a family who thought it acceptable to be awake with music until 5am

The room smelled like smoke. We had joining rooms on the top floor. Even after spraying the room the smell wouldn’t leave so I believe it was coming out the vents. The furniture could use some updating and it just feels real 90s-ish.

The area itself is nice. Close to Disney, Old Towne and World Trucks. Property was clean. There are several pools and they close late for a resort (11). Large kitchen and enough room for a family of 5-6

I arrived after traveling with my grandkids for hours and we checked in at 9 PM…. I was given a map to my room and it was the wrong direction the staff that I saw outside didn’t speak English so I had to call customer service. The room was nothing like the photos and the air conditioning didn’t work we woke up hot and sweaty… Horrible

The property is large, if you are on the main property it would likely be a better stay. We were on the annex property across the street. It had a pool, but was cloudy and gross. We drove across the super busy street with the baby to go to the nice pool/Jacuzzi and splash pad. The main pool has activities, food, drinks, and annex has nothing. The bed was super uncomfortable with no support.

We had to cross a 6 lane highway from main reception after we had been dropped by taxi. Our accomodation was not in main building area but in a separate area across the road.

Room was clean and locations quite near amenities like restaurants.

Rooms were outdated, paint peeling, ants, most cabinets in bath and bedroom had burn marks, heavy wear marks. Bed was supper saging and uncomfortable
