My room location wasn't very nice. It was on the 1st floor and a view of the back of the parking lot. The room wasn't that clean. It had sand everywhere. One bottle of lotion for a party of 4. The parking was pretty rough and the attendant had an attitude.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel with a clean and comfortable room. However, I found the customer service to be a bit underwhelming. While the staff was polite, there were moments when I felt they could have been more attentive and responsive. Overall, it was a decent experience, and with a little improvement in service, this hotel could be exceptional.

The pool area was a highlight – well-maintained, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding. The breakfast was very good and it was a very short walk to the beach. No water for coffee in the room. No view even tho I booked that. They put us on the back side of the building. The clerk told us there were no view rooms, but all we did was walk to the other side and bam! Also looked online and there are view rooms.

Had to ask for towels everyday. Even when they cleaned we were left short on hand towels and wash cloths. We requested room service each day but only got it two of the five days.

Price of Parking. Housekeeping staff seemed pretty unfriendly but it can’t be a nice job

Had to book this last minute due to a problem with the hotel that we had originally booked for New Year. Location was further out of town than we would have preferred, but it was worth a compromise of location for the quality of accommodation. We didn’t use any of the facilities in the hotel, but there is a really lovely little Beach café 5 minutes walk away. We attempted breakfast in the hotel one morning but the one staff member was so overloaded with work we gave it a miss. Parking is really expensive at $40 per night for guests where as in more central locations, much more expensive hotels only charge $25.

Upon check out, the staff member was curt and unenthusiastic. We had her call us a taxi, which seemed very inconvenient to her, and it never came…not her fault of course, but she was quite put out by the request.

Very nice facilities and rooms Bar and wait staff were friendly, as well as the really kind gentleman who checked us in.

Valet parking only since no parking in the area, but it was convenient with in/out service. Valet attendants were very friendly also, though.

Nice clean hotel that is walkable to several restaurants and bars in the area. Also very close to the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful too and wonderful beds. I got a great night sleep both nights!
