Have a Welcome Book. Info in the condo....in case of emergencies, TV instructions, jacuzzi, ice maker, places of interest nearby, etc. Building alarm went off TWICE in one night. Is someone asleep --pun intended-- at the switch here? Equipment failure is human failure. Beat up plastic table on the balcony should have been history before we got there. You have plastic chairs but no cushions except for those that go with the sofa. No sugar packets, salt or pepper. Are they really a hassle to stock? Sure do help if you drink coffee. The beds are getting squeaky; may need replacing. The rug in the common room needs replacing. The toilet near the master bedroom is the right size for an 8 year old but not for the rest of us. One sliding door to the closet is off its rail.

The pool, both inside and out, add to making our stay enjoyable. The condo was clean. The layout of condo was pleasing. You don't hear your neighbors. Your bathrooms give you lots of space.

Location was great with easy access to beach, pool was big and clean, loved having security on the property.

Maintenance issues have moved beyond normal wear and tear. Dishwasher stopped working day before end of our stay. Light switches in bedrooms intermittent. Some lights out in spare bedroom. Button markings on coffee pot missing. We had to buy a small coffee pot to make coffee in. Had to repair blinds over door to balcony. Bed spread in master bedroom had dirt spots.

Good location. Takes pets. Refrigerator, microwave and stove worked well.

Not all of the parking spots are marked to match the room number. Why? The front toilet does not shut off properly so it is adding water every 15 seconds. The balcony furniture needs to be replaced. One chair leg is too short and rusted.

The location is ideal. The pool is nearby and getting to the beach is a breeze. Building has only 32 units which is a plus. The condo decor is light and fits the occasion.

We stayed 4 days 2 days elevator would not work all that great and we was stuck in the elevator for at 20 mins no air conditioner at 102 degrees before it decided to work.3rd day no elevator.my husband recent had surgery was not able to walk 6 floors down.stuck in the room all day.4th day elevator worked.so we had one day vacation for 1900.00 for the condo.

it was not very clean and a bit dated inside the condo. there weren’t any blankets for the fold out and there was no extra set for the main bed. the tub didn’t drain and the water pressure was terrible.

location was perfect!! water was beautiful. close to necessities. lots of stuff to do very close by. the pool was small but really nice. very clean. loved that dogs were allowed. my puppy had a great time. there were lots of extra towels.

Great location, liked the fact it was only a 32 unit condo. All looked to have beach front view. Easy access to beach from condo. The condo is advertised as PET FRIENDLY one reason we booked. Unfortunately they put us one of maybe few units where the owner doesn't allow pets. They were no other rooms at the time to move us to so we were stuck boarding our pet. They did reach out to owner and try to ask for our stay and they said no. Come to find out in our room the owner has cat litter stored away for an animal. All booking was done online and only found this info out until they confirmed our stay months after booking. It needs to not be advertised as PET friendly when some rooms are not.

Vacasa customer service was aweful. There was a note on our washing machine from the previous tenant saying it had been broken for 2 months. Thought it was odd that housekeeping didn't notice. The machine was sitting full of water and the bathroom sink was very slow to drain. I called Vacasa 3 times and no calls back and no repairs were attempted all week. very disappointed as I packed knowing I could do laundry part way through my stay. There were like 20 throw pillows in the closets but only one very thin blanket in the whole condo. odd since it sleeps 6. The outdoor pool was cold and very dirty. the indoor pool was better but there was no light in that room and no security on the doors. I would liked to have had a dead bolt on the entrance door to the condo and the patio slider wouldn't lock. Loved that it was pet friendly.. loved the group of snow birders that we met! It was right on the beach and great access. Parking was fine.

This is a pet-friendly property which we like. We brought our two small dogs. However, the unit smelled of cat urine. We have cats also so no big deal for us. Just letting the owner know.

Fantastic location! The property is right on the beach and convenient to restaurants and attractions.

The only down wasn’t any fault of the property what so ever. But sitting on the balcony was ruined by our neighbors cigarette smoke. I thought this was a smoke free property to include balconies. But again not a reflection of the property. I also felt that the fees added to our stay were a bit too high.

It was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. Extremely close to the beach, amazing views.

Our room was very dirty. The doors, walls, ceilings, floors, furniture, bathtub, and fixtures were all covered in layers of dust. No hot water. The TV didn’t work. Broken bathroom fixtures. Smelled bad. Mold in the shower.

Nothing. I would not go back or recommend.

I was lead to believe that this was a 2 bedroom 2 bath and it was a 1 bedroom with bunk beds in the hall and a 1 1/2 bath. The ceilings were peeling in several spots. The bathroom sink was completely clogged and it was dirty.
