We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThey said the heat had not been turned on yet but didn't tell us until after we tried to use it and there was a burning smell that made the smoke detector go off. The smell was so bad we had to switch rooms.
The hot breakfast was good, the rooms had been newly remodeled and the price was good.

United StatesThere really should be an elevator up to the 2nd floor. We had quite a bit of stuff that we went through before our drive home, and it was a pain lugging our stuff up the stairs. The bed was not comfortable for both of us to sleep on. We both just rolled to the middle of it. Time to replace the mattress!

The rooms were recently updated compared to our stay last year. The rooms and breakfast area were clean. The staff were more friendly this time around as well. The pool area was fun for our kids. It was a bit on the cold side, but it was fun. The breakfast this time around was ok.

The hotel was easy to find, and presented nicely. The staff was helpful and considerate. The bed was comfortable, although a bit on the hard side. Bath towels were nice and plentiful. Breakfast was standard, and well stocked. The patio off our room was a bonus, especially on a nice spring morning with a cup of coffee!
