United StatesA/C was always blowing cold even when the thermostat was set high. I had to have engineering come twice to try to fix it. The hot water faucet leaked. The room wasn't made up the first morning even though we took down the privacy sign at 11am. One morning after the room was cleaned we returned to find that the toilet paper roller was missing. We had to call to get it replaced. One elevator was out of service almost the entire time we were there.
The suite was beautiful. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

I think it was good value for the money. I had a very spacious room and liked the fact there were two tvs and plenty of room to spread out.

United StatesThe mini fridge in the room wasn’t working properly. The mattress on the pull out couch was not comfortable at all, I could feel the springs. the room was somewhat dusty. There were also some stains on the couch and bed sheets.The incidental fee was $50 a night. There was no complimentary breakfast. They had a buffet that was around $15.
The location of the hotel was perfect. The set up of the suite was nice. They had full size shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in the shower.

United StatesRoom was great, but a little odd... tiny bathroom sink and counter, space taken up by full bathtub that I doubt is used much. Second foldout bed made up, don't know why. Sofa may have been better. Location was a bit trying... miles from anywhere commercial, in a vast sea of office parks that seem mostly deserted. Easy to get to airport... but quite a journey to get to town.
Breakfast buffet pricey but totally worth it, upscale offerings and good variety. Room was luxurious. BIG plus was awesomely helpful staff, always smiling. Very safe and quiet area.
