The refrigerator did not work replaced for another one that didn’t work. The light by the sink area was out and the bedroom tv had to be turned on by Maintenance because something was wrong with it.

The fact that Wi-Fi was not complimentary really shows that the hotel company is out of touch with today's consumers. It should be included.

A/C was always blowing cold even when the thermostat was set high. I had to have engineering come twice to try to fix it. The hot water faucet leaked. The room wasn't made up the first morning even though we took down the privacy sign at 11am. One morning after the room was cleaned we returned to find that the toilet paper roller was missing. We had to call to get it replaced. One elevator was out of service almost the entire time we were there.

The suite was beautiful. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

Upset because staff never said anything about deposit every night and I would get that back and than they charged my debt card another $229 for no reason now I’m waiting for it to be returned to my card. Very unhappy.

Handicap accessable room showers were clumsy and not 4 star quality. Pocket doors for bathroom made a loud clonking noise.

Breakfast food offerings and service was outstanding. Beds were very comfortable.

Restaurant was abysmal. I thought it was a full-service restaurant, however it was very cheap bar food. Poor quality and expensive. Fireplace was not working either.

I think it was good value for the money. I had a very spacious room and liked the fact there were two tvs and plenty of room to spread out.

The mini fridge in the room wasn’t working properly. The mattress on the pull out couch was not comfortable at all, I could feel the springs. the room was somewhat dusty. There were also some stains on the couch and bed sheets.The incidental fee was $50 a night. There was no complimentary breakfast. They had a buffet that was around $15.

The location of the hotel was perfect. The set up of the suite was nice. They had full size shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in the shower.

Room was great, but a little odd... tiny bathroom sink and counter, space taken up by full bathtub that I doubt is used much. Second foldout bed made up, don't know why. Sofa may have been better. Location was a bit trying... miles from anywhere commercial, in a vast sea of office parks that seem mostly deserted. Easy to get to airport... but quite a journey to get to town.

Breakfast buffet pricey but totally worth it, upscale offerings and good variety. Room was luxurious. BIG plus was awesomely helpful staff, always smiling. Very safe and quiet area.

This is probably the first time there was a dirty towel hanging on the bathroom door that the house keepers must of forgotten, but no worries we worked around and had clean towels.
