you had to push the entry door very hard to get it to close Then the bathroom door was not correctly the top part of the door would not even fit inside the door jam and the door stopper was broken It is a very old building and it has problems with doors that should be fixed It was a very plain room but it was clean.

It was icy in front of our room from the roof dripping off the gutter but they were trying to keep up with it using ice melt. No other complaints.

Good central location for the NEK. Close to lots of good lakes for fishing. They moved our room to the first floor instead of the second floor when I requested it. Clean room and comfortable bed. The woman behind the desk in the office was nice. Affordable price.

I can't understand the low reviews. This motel was one of the best I've ever been to. Service (personal, water, coffee, ice), cleaning, room size, comfort, neighborhood.

Calling a room soundproof while hearing the person next door snore through the wall is interesting. definitely way too thin walls. facilities are in need of maintenance but worked out good enough. a proper main light in the room would be nice too, it was pretty dark in the room.

Overall clean, welcoming and friendly staff albeit to the point. Location was fine, a short car ride to stores and whatnot.

Looks like people Spit in stairwells . Was pretty gross . Rooms are non smoking and smelled like smoke .staff was amazing. Place just needs upgrades .

The smell of cigarettes that smell is embedded into the walls, they really need to do something about that..please make it a point to get rid of them old nasty rugs..

The staff was very nice property was well keep, I know they are renovating that’s a plus because it’s definitely a need, but once they finish it up it will be a really nice place, I just hated that you can still smell the lingering smell of old cigarette smoke in there

The floor where not carpeted seemed to have too much soap left on it and was treacherously slippery. I am sure they will fix it.

We were pleasantly surprised to find a place that offered all one needs in a motel except breakfast, but there is a cute little coffee maker, the bed was super good, clean, shower was great, TV, charging hook up, little fridge and micro wave….so It is not the Hilton but who can afford that? Good service for the price, great location

Needed a few more amenities, like picnic tables for outdoor seating, an outdoor hose to rinse things like coolers out with or rinse bikes, bike racks since it is a huge mountain biking state.

The room was clean but there was a strong smell in the room. We cannot tell what that was - the smell of the old carpets or the smell of the cleaning detergents. But we had to keep the door and window for over an hour to make the smell at least bearable.

Nothing- everything was fine.

The manager welcomed us at check in and could not do enough for us - very friendly and capable. Room was a good size, good facilities and clean, on first floor. Plenty of parking space and motel was located just off of main highway through from canada to Mt washington area.
