Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesNothing! It would have been nice to have a grass area dedicated to doggy business, but that was not expected.
Clean, affordable, friendly pet and child friendly hotel with a delicious full breakfast! Just a heads up: $150 deposit for pets + $25 a night a fee.

United StatesStrong smell of cannabis in lobby upon check-in. Loud trash pickup at restaurant next door both mornings starting at 0630. The Brazilian restaurant next door is very busy in the evenings. This takes up a lot of the hotel parking lot.
Great Location with lots of amenities nearby. Coffee provided during breakfast was surprisingly good. Comfortable bed and a nice hot shower.

United StatesThe breakfast was fine, but there were odd things missing like no brown sugar for the oatmeal. One morning, the milk was starting to sour which was pretty gross. My room was very humid compared to the rest of the hotel. I’d enter my room from a nicely air conditioned hallway, and walk into a muggy cloud of cool-ish air. I got used to it, but it wasn’t ideal. Overall, the hotel looked nice, but upon closer inspection, it was clearly an old hotel in need of repair. I also had a strange interaction with a member of housekeeping. I had a do not disturb sign on my door, but he knocked anyway. I said no thank you, I don’t need anything, and he let out a big annoyed sigh. I thought how weird it was to be mad that I DON’T need my room cleaned. He said in an annoyed tone that he needed to drop off pillows and blankets. Again, I said no thank you. It was very weird. The location of this hotel is right next to a very busy restaurant and my room happed to have a window facing it, so I got a lot of noise from their kitchen staff. I’d request a room on the other side of the building next time. The hotel was VERY busy, and finding a parking space was very difficult on a few occasions. The front desk staff were almost never present when I needed something. I arrived at the hotel at about 8 pm to check in, and there was no one behind the desk. I waited for a while, then rang the bell. Still no one for several more minutes. I was tired after a long day of traveling, and very anxious to get to my room. Finally a lady wandered around the corner and helped with no apology for the delay. Then a few minutes later, another man emerged from the back. There was obviously no reason for me to wait so long for help. Before my stay, I had requested an extra blanket for my room. When I got to my room, it wasn’t there so I called reception to ask for one. The man said that I could come down and get one. I am physically able to, so I did, but I thought that was really crappy customer service
I liked that the hotel was close to everything I needed like gas, Walmart, restaurants. The breakfast was decent and had plenty to offer me since I usually keep it small and simple. My room seemed sufficiently clean throughout my stay.

United StatesThe elevator was slow. It was a three story building, and it felt like the hotel had 20 floors. The night before checking out, my room key stopped working, and I couldn't get into my hotel room. Both keys didn't work, and I had to go get it fixed at the reception. Even after getting it fixed, it worked once and then stopped again. It was quite troublesome but it was the last night there, so I didn't mind it too much.
The hotel was located near the highway, which was great, but it was also loud at night (no fault of the hotel). The room was spacious, and I loved the big closet space for shoes and clothes. Breakfast was nice. It was great seeing the menu the day before to know what was being offered in the morning.
