Breakfast kinda junk, same old same old.....and water for tea was never hot (even though labelled as Hot Water) always lukewarm and one day even cold, rooms were clean but smelled of pets and lots of wear and tear!

Some of the furnishings were pretty worn out. Overall feel of the hotel was that it was old.

They couldn't find my reservation by name, so I had to dig up my Booking email. No USB outlets in the room except for one behind the TV, no clock, and no microwave oven (yet, they sell Stouffer's frozen food in the little shop next to the reception!). I didn't feel the attention to detail in cleaning the room--there was something on the nightstand that wasn't wiped/ scraped off, which prompted me to wipe down the TV remote and all the switches, buttons, etc in the room.

Friendly staff, spacious lobby, breakfast choices and quality, LVC instead of carpeting in the room, and the size and decor of the room. Lots of parking spaces and multiple entrances. Price!

Didnt like that the hotel charged my reservation before I even checked in when I was going to use another cars for the stay. Huge potholes at the entrance due to construction. Room key stopped working during the stay and had to be rekeyd. Also the ice machine on our floor was not working

The sliding lock on the door had a pin missing, rendering it useless. The TV turned on automatically at 4:30 am, causing a frightful awakening. Now I have three or four charges pending for services I didn't ask for or receive. I will research this after I return home next week. Should have been charged for two rooms and nothing else.

Night attendant was great. Booking.com did not have our reservations, so we had to rebook at the desk. The attendant was very pleasant and helpful.

Most parts of the hotel smelled of weed. I didn’t want that around my kids. Also, the card keys kept failing. We went through multiple.

Paid extra for the suite with the jacuzzi tub, bottom of tub is textured like sand paper and the tub was barely deep enough to cover my legs. Lots of light through the curtains, day and night. Chair in room was covered in a white substance.The ice was dirty. Breakfast was good but not nearly what is pictured on here. Ok place to stay, but for $150, I could have stayed somewhere alot nicer.

The only small downside was that the breakfast selection was a bit limited– but of course, that’s a matter of personal preference.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed that made for a great night's sleep. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, greeting us with smiles and happily answering all our questions. We also really appreciated how pet-friendly they were – it felt like they were just as happy to see our furry friends as we were!

Room was very clean and comfortable. I usually bring my own bed linen/covers, but in this case it wasnt neccessary. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the continental breakfast was fresh with good options. It was our first experience traveling with our dog...I was afraid we would end up in a smelly pet room, we did not at all, we would stay here again. A pet sitter option might be nice. Though I'm not sure we would use it...the thought of leaving our pet with a stranger is kinda uncomfortable. Which is why we brought her.

Didn’t supply a pen or pencil and note paper in the room. Ice machine was not on every floor . Would be nice to have a mi ro wave in the room.

I would have to say the bed. But I have back issues that make it hard to get comfortable. The 2 people I was with said the bed was comfortable though.

Staff was awesome. Breakfast was the best. Place was within 10 to 15 mins of Tn Tech. I would book with this hotel again

It definitely needs a make over. The furniture in the lobby and room had stains. The sink in the room was slow draining. I would not have wanted stay more than one night.
