Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

When you showered there would be a puddle of water on the floor outside, even though I made sure each time to close both sides all the way. The coffee station that is available was only half stocked and only one cup. Not a big deal just thought I would mention as to not forget again. The balcony I requested had no view at all, just trees. Finally the room size was comfortable but I would have liked it to be a little bit bigger for a king suite.
The bed was very comfortable. Love a walk in shower. Plenty of room for your clothes, hanging and drawers. Plus a balcony, which I requested. And not to mention a cute little love seat for us.

I didn’t like how it looked externally. From the outside it looked ghetto.

I booked and paid through booking.com. However, the hotel themself ALSO charged me in addition to when I fully paid through booking.com. They didnt pay attention.

The a/c was horrible. Never got below 73° & shut off continuously while sleeping & shut off when you left the room only to come back to a hot room. Too many kids at pool day & night so couldn't enjoy the amenities.
The bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Room could have been ready sooner and layout of was ackward.
Great location off 200, check in could have been quicker and easier, but we got a high floor with balcony-- what I asked for.

Hotel was run down and overpriced. There is an RV parking lot next to the hotel that looks like a homeless camp along with run down closed businesses next to the hotel.

didn't like the curt check in staff. went to the little store within the hotel and not only were there no prices posted they didn't accept cash. and the sodas were criminally over priced. didn't appreciate the 2 hour long fight in the room next to ours. I think it took staff entirely to long to get situations under control. finally the police showed up. although we didn't use the housekeeping services some clothing items came up missing. we seen 2 bugs in the room. was extremely disappointed in this stay. Breakfast was the Starbucks bistro. nothing was laid out for guests. no complimentary coffee to welcome guests. but they sure participated in happy hour. overall our experience here will not be repeated.

There were people fighting and doors slamming throughout the night. We attempted to buy coffee before our leave and because it was 15 minutes early we were told we would have to wait, but we didn't have time. The staff was rude during check-in and check-out. They seemed distracted and never smiled.
The room layout was great. We liked the balcony. The sitting area in our room was perfect. We had enough towels and toiletries for the evening. It was a one night stay.
