The only ice machine that worked out of 5 floirs was on the first floor. There were no cups or napkins in the breakfast area. Some people just left without getting anything. The pool area wasn't open at 7 pm, and there were no signs or reason why, given.

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was convenient to the hospital where my was.

No remote for the tv. Got one and it didn’t work since it wasn’t connected. Called the front desk and he told me that he can’t help me. So no tv for the stay. The jacuzzi was out of order. No snacks in the vending machines. No ice bucket in my room. He told me they didn’t have anymore. Breakfast was terrible. This grab n go is a downfall for all hotels. It lacks diversity. I had to just order food for us. These places are just cheap. And there is a hole in my wall. I don’t know why it’s not fixed. I’m pretty sure it’s been here for awhile.

Bed was broken, one kcup, was not told that their kitchen was shut down due to health code violations so breakfast was not served. No microwave or mini fridge, no iron or bag to put wet clothes in. Old room keys were left on night stand that we ended up grabbing and getting locked out of our room for 30 minutes

The shower head was spraying water all over the place. I called the front desk, no answer so I left a message and no one came or offered a new room. The breakfast was not a hot meal as advertised, It was a brown bag with a yogurt, granola bar and a juice box.

Bathtub needs some strips in the floor to prevent slipping. My wife fell down while taking a shower. The continental breakfast was very disappointing.

It was run down and outdated. Not very clean. Card keys only worked for 1-3 times and then we had to go to front desk to have them replaced. We went through 5 sets during our stay. Restaurant was under upgrade, hot tub was being repaired and the ice cream machine didn’t work. Our fridge in our room was way too small to hold much and there was no microwave in the room. Very disappointed in the overall quality.
