Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Bring back the workers you fired to be replaced by the check-in kiosk.
I liked everything except the automated check in. THAT was both creepy and a little unnerving. And if your representatives were in another country, THAT is grossly offensive to the numbers of people who are losing their jobs to automation.

No facilities in our room to boil water to make a cup of tea (we are English). The breakfast is very disappointing. When we arrived at the breakfast room around 8am there wasn't many choices left. No-one seemed to be around to restock the breakfast items that had run low.
A great location for seeing the best of Williams. Plenty of places to eat and some lovely gift/souvenir shops.

we said we only needed one bed so they moved us to a room with a king. That was fine but I had hoped for a soak in a hot tub after a long hike, but it was a handicap room so no tub.
it was conveniently located, friendly staff, and breakfast with waffles, cereal and muffins

everything was fine.
The breakfast great! Even though we were at the tail end of breakfast time, the staff made sure we had plenty to eat! The price was appropriate for the location and the room.

I didn't like the screen check in, very unfriendly, and no directions on how to get to our room one of the coffee cups was broken and glued back together with Sharp edge s exposed. Tub sank in the middle which made for unsteady to get out

Price for bare basic room. Miscommunication. Several of us were assigned dirty rooms. 2 times for us. Breakfast mediocre. No light on entry. Hole in floor by bed. No counter space.
Staff, shower pressure. Big fridge but a redesigned space with more vanity would be better. Separate vanity area.

"Breakfast" was a bit lean. Bacon and potatoes not completely cooked? No eggs. White bread.Really? Cable tv went off for 2 days. Soft drink machine MT. No snack machine.
Woman at front desk was friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Location was good for us. Better facilities than other properties in town!

My wife had to clean the surfaces of all the furniture in the room because it was all dusty
The front desk staff was awesome both in the morning and the evening. We love the continental breakfast.

Our room key didn't work and the person who checked us in didn't have another one. So we couldn't leave our room together cuz we would be locked out. Since we didn't check in until after 10pm and left in the morning it wasn't that big of deal.

The beds were comfortable and bathroom was large with walk in shower. Could use another light in the main room. Quite dark. Also had a shared door between units. We could hear TV, talking from the next room and felt like we needed to be quiet in the morning. Should have been told about it. Otherwise things were good. More healthy cereal could have been shared😊

For a basic motel everything was better than expected. The apparently recently remodeled room was roomier and better appointed than expected. Far enough away from the freeway to be nicely quiet.

Toilet, tub, and carpet were gross in room 202. The tub doesnt drain right either. I wanted to cancel the second night but staff member Lupita turned the stay in to a very positive one. She was very warm, comforting, and helpful, which is why i stayed the second night.
Night shift staff member Lupita is the reason why im rating this place so high. She helped me when the room card keys couldnt open the door, and she helped me check out. She offered the breakfast while i was there and said it was healthier than fast food. She was very kind the whole time and she turned the stay in to a very positive one.
