It is an older hotel, so the bathroom had an older design and not as esthetically pleasing.

The staff was very helpful. The bed was so comfortable.

It is not clear from my perspective; the rugs have funny smells, the A/C smells, the bathroom ceiling has a dark spot, and the bathtub is not very clean.

The front desks computer was down and the hotel attendant was using his phone that took forever to load to check guests in and out. The lobby when first walking into the hotel was dark with the front desk lights off and it had an odd musty smell. The hotel attendant was friendly but seemed to be sleeping anytime anyone was in the lobby and needed assistance. We had to dial “0” and let the phone ring until he came out with bed hair seeming half awake. It was disappointing that by 8am the breakfast was completely cleared out. The only breakfast left was dry cereal, luke warm juice and yogurt in a melted pan of ice. Coffee and milk were both empty. My young daughter was excited for a hotel stay and was looking forward to having a waffle for breakfast but the waffle maker needed cleaned and the waffle batter was so watered down, it didn’t even make an edible waffle.

The room was clean and in good working order. Bathroom had good water pressure/hot water in the shower. The hotel attendant was friendly.

I had a no smoking room but it smells like smoke and they had three different doors to enter, but you could only one entry and that was the main lobby entrance and you could only use half of the door. It was to be a double door I quest the side was broken. Breakfast was under average. The vending machine needed some work

Carpet was being replaced in hallway. Pieces of padding were laying loose with no anchoring allowing for tripping where gaps would be. My sister and I are both in our 80s and had to be very careful. Our room was ok but the bed skirt was soiled. Bathroom was very clean but there was no stopper in the sink..
