There were a few issues. When booking, you are required to pay for your stay before your booking is confirmed. I kept getting messages that I did not pay even though the money had been taken out of my account. When I tried to contact the property, I couldn’t get ahold of anyone for around 40 mins so I had to hang up and call booking.com in which they confirmed I had paid and the property is not supposed to contact me about that anyways because it’s booking.com that handles it. I was also told that our room did not have a jacuzzi tub in it, just a regular tub, however there was a jacuzzi tub because it had jets. Upon arriving, the office closed at 7pm so we had no instructions on what to do if we arrived after hours. Finally, I was able to get ahold of the property and they told me there were lock boxes and how to get into ours to get our room key. I’m not sure why that wasn’t included in an email, or why the WiFi password was not in the room or anywhere listed on the papers that we received in our lock box. The office is down the street from your room, that’s where the pool is located as well so we never ended up using it because it is for the residents that live there as well so in the afternoon/evening it was packed with residents & kids. It was also strange that while booking it showed there was only one more studio room available, however I did not see anyone else in the hallways or outside the entire weekend, the only people were people that lived there. I didn’t really mind because it was super secluded for us because of that. It also says no smoking anywhere on the property, however there were ashtrays on top of the garbage cans everywhere. Another thing is, I wish there were curtains on the patio doors. There were only blinds, so in the morning when the sun came up it was soooo bright I had to cover my face with a pillow. The shower was nice, but the rubber lining on the door wasn’t fully on so water leaked out no matter what you did.

The room was great. The bed was super comfortable, the chaise lounge was super comfortable, the electric fireplace was a very nice touch, being able to go out on the patio and see the lake right there was awesome.

The room needs some upgrading...broken toilet paper holder, paint chipping, broken tile on the spa tub, etc. It was a bit too dark for my taste...the whole room was painted dark brown/black. The bed was hard, and I wish there were more pillows. Also, when people are staying for a special occasion (anniversary for example), it might be nice for the staff to go above and beyond versus asking us if we minded taking the garbage to the dumpster. (I understand that the condos and apartments may need to do this, but do the suites really need to empty their own trash?) The spa was closed due to covid according to the website and the pool was closed for a facelift, so there were no extras for us to try.

The view was beautiful. Watching the sunrise and sunset over the lake was calm and relaxing. The dream suites seemed more quiet and set apart from the busy tourist traffic. I loved that there were no children around and quiet time started at 10 PM. The staff seemed friendly.

There were a lot of bugs in our room. I understand it’s next to a lake and there’s going to be some outside, but we spiders in every corner of our room and we found an earwig in our bed.

Our room was very big and the view was beautiful, along with the private beach.

The mattress was so so hard it felt like we were sleeping on box spring the couch had no support when you're sitting for the price they charge here a night they could get a decent new mattress and a new couch everything else was very nice

View was incredible! Room very nice. Be super super super comfortable and soft! Only complaint... towels were not stocked mini fridge was on hot setting not cold and there was no coffee for he coffee pot which we didn't notice until the next morning when we wanted coffee. I know they were very busy on this day age short staffed. They were rushing to have a room done in time for 4pm check in. A staff member DID bring us additional towels much later in early evening but this was after our shower where we had to share a towel. We WILL stay here again though! Your front desk staff was just out of this worldand omg the view and one more thing! The freaking hot tub just wow! Very clean and very impressed by the decor and overall comfort. 4 out of 5 stars for sure!

Booked because thought there was access to spa on property, but didn’t realize that it hadn’t re-opened since Covid.

Great location right on lake easy car access to Dells. Very clean & comfortable w/ fantastic spa-like shower.

The price was a bit much for a suit like that.

It was peaceful and quiet. Very private and sound proof for a couple to spend good quality time. Their bathtub was amazing.

We stayed in the Cabin Fever Dream suite and the bed was extremely uncomfortable, the bathroom vanity lights didn’t work nor did the light above the spa tub. The pool and hot tub need to be cleaned.

I loved that each room comes with a spa tub. The shower was also beautiful. The staff was very nice and recommended some places to eat.

There was an access door with a broken lock. Could allow an intruder to enter the building. Bird poop on the back porch.

The numbers in the rooms had no order to them. Room 11 was next to room 24. Took awhile to find our room.
