Floors were dirty, blinds were broke next to bathroom and left it open for people to see in when coming out of the shower. Toilet paper felt like sand paper

We arrived early- the girl at the desk said she would call me when we could get in the room, she never called and went off shift. We checked in at 4. I know they is checkin time, but don’t tell me you will get us in earlier and call and the. Not do it.

Uncomfortable bed and pillows. Air conditioner is controlled at the lowest temperature is 70° unacceptable. Uncomfortable especially when it's 107° outside.

No regular coffee in the rooms, only decaf(?) I called to have some regular brought to my room and no one ever came. Also, the pool deck was very dirty the first two days we were there. It wasn’t until Tuesday morning staff hoses it down, but Sunday and Monday it was muddy, drain was clogged and garbage cans were full and not emptied leading to tons of ants around them. Also, more umbrellas were needed. Other than the two gazebos, which were typically occupied there were only three umbrellas for shade.

The rooms were great and my kids had a ton of fun in the pool. Location was great and the price was right.

Room smelled like cigarettes and was pretty gross. Also, they came in my room before checkout and threw away my food and I hadn’t checked out yet.

This place needs better staff. Except for the young lady that checked me in, theyre all rude and inconsiderate. My family and i were woken up at 730 by the employees outside watering the walls and sliding doors (that are connected to the rooms we slept in) and located at the back of the building. We asked them to stop because we were trying to sleep. They then decided to go around to the front of the building and started watering the front windows and front door! They were ridiculously loud, practically yelling to one another. I went out and Asked them to stop once again and they said they couldn't because that was there job and that they were almost done.

The first room that we were assigned to (202) was dirty. Floors were not swept, spots on the wall, two hairs on toilet in master bathroom, outside of refrigerator had not been wiped down along with some kitchen cabinets, food spots on stove. Bed in master room looked like a kid made it. 2nd room (209) much cleaner but opened 2nd bedroom closet one closet was full of popcorn kernels with a few pretzel sticks along with a pretzel stick leading to the closet. 2nd closet didn't have as many popcorn kernels in it. Very disappointed that 1st room wasn't clean and I had to relocate to an upstairs room with my seniors. I didn't like that at all. Also room 202 needs a good deep clean doors, floors, baseboards, wall. I just felt like I needed a bleach bath when I went in.
