The bathtub didn’t drain correct. The bed had debris under the covers and pillows.

Cleanliness: the bathroom had dust and long hair behind the bathroom door. Staff never took up the dirty towels from the bathroom that were left for 2 days. Also the chair in one of the rooms was all torn and ripped up. It should have been trashed!!

There was a day when our room was not cleaned.

The rooms were spacious and clean and the staff was friendly. The location is very good, near grocery stores and right beside Michigan Avenue.

When i booked through booking.com i booked it to include breakfast. That was never mentioned during check in and was not included when I went to eat breakfast.

The staff was friendly and funny. Very accommodating. The hotel was beautiful and was very comfortable.

We were here for a conference and I think the food provided by the hotel could have been better. I also didn't like being approached by their time-share people. I also didn't get a warm cookie and most of my colleagues did.

The room was very comfortable and it was easy to change the temperature as needed (Chicago had WILD weather changes the week I was there). The hotel was close to a lot of Chicago's tourist spots and close to public transit.

I did not particularly like the shower curtain that is placed in the bathroom. I prefer a glass enclosure but it was not bad. Moreover, I the coffee maker did not work as good as.

I particularly liked that upon checkin I was greeted by a warm and pleasant staff member and she even offered us cookies and water. This was particularly nice! Further, check in was a seamless process even though we got in early. We were allowed to leave our bags and return at a later time to check in. Great customer service form every member of staff I interacted with. My friend and I particularly liked that and the ability to get additional bottles of water when we forgot to purchase while out. In addition, the rooms are spacious and clean. One thing I must add is that upon check out I had an issue with my Uber driver who did not come to the hotel to pick me up as scheduled and was charged. The staff at the front desk at the time was most helpful and queried it on my behalf via the app on my mobile and the charge was reversed.
