One night stay college graduation. The inside was awful need to be remodeled. The Elevator is unsafe and have a hole in the floor that been covered but it’s very weak. Everything thing was rusted and very old outdated only thing was clean was the white wash clothes in the bathroom. The bed had body fluids on it. There is a $100 security deposit for damage but get refunded back at checkout. That should be stated so customers can be prepared

Outside building was newly painted . Location was great. Customer service great.

The bathroom is in need of an update. The hotel is undergoing renovations so hopefully rooms will be looked at as well.

The beds & pillows were nice and comfortable and we heard no street noise from our room.

The entrance is right at an intersection making it hard to turn into the parking lot (only one entrance). There also was not nearly enough parking for the entire hotel. There were vehicles parked all over the place in random made up spots because of the lacking of parking.

    Rooms were nice and clean.

A nice big king sized bed but it was really high off the ground. I had to jump up into it.

hotel is old and falling apart on the inside. Some of the flooring was actually pulled up. There is so much dirt Round the edges of the floor it is sickening. Pick up the telephone and realize it wasn’t even plugged up. It had so much grime and black hair in the receiver. Ice machine and coke machine are filthy and don’t work.

Hot items for breakfast are plasticky.

I do think the breakfast would be better if it wasn’t cookie cutter eggs and “sub” grade sausage that is heated or boiled. Keep the pancake maker. That’s yummy and fun. although I do not make a habit of eating pastries for breakfast every day, while away on a trip, it is nice to have that with a cup of coffee. A lot of people like that kind of continental European breakfast. It is light and healthier with the fresh fruit you provide. One thing lacking is fresh clean water from a spigot. It would be helpful to be able to get water and not have to purchase bottled water. It would just make the stay overall a little more comfortable; I will always choose to stay at the Eagles Nest Inn when coming to town to see my son at school.
