The microwave plate didn't fit properly on the turntable thing, so it made a loud scary noise which made me decide against using it. Because I had very little that I would've microwaved, I didn't bring this to the hotel's attention. So while I assume it would've been taken care of, I have no way to verify that.
Stayed here to have a safer structure during a severe weather outbreak and it was a sturdy structure to ride out several tornado warnings so it was good for that. The amenities were fine, and as expected for the price paid. The provided breakfast area had a waffle maker, coffee, apple and orange juice, a few packaged fruit pastries and some white bread and a toaster. Room was decently cleaned, but there was someone else's old chapstick under the edge of the bed. Because the rest was pretty clean, I assumed it just got pushed under by the vacuum and wasn't seen. I asked for extra towels and housekeeping brought them within a few minutes, despite being told it wasn't a rush as it was for the next morning.

Bed wasn't very comfortable, pillows feel defeated. Not much options for the breakfast.

Needs some updating in rooms remove the carport and put hard floors down. Carpet holds germs. I love a lot of the hotels are taking it out. Also older gentleman on first shift needs some customer service training. He was rather rude when I told him I did not need room service for the day since I had a small dog in my room and in a pen. The young man the night before had checked me in and had me sign a waiver. The hotel stated pet friendly online. Although mine is a service animal, I did what they ask. The gentleman on day shift seemed to get upset. Very uncomfortable situation. It made not want to stay there again. I always make sure the hotel I have a pet but with a service animal, it is a little different.

Breakfast was terrible (no selections) and the bed was not very comfortable. The whole place was kind of old looking.
The check in process was easy and the location was very central to most things. Very close to the expressway.

Would have been nice to know about the deposit, $100, to cover "incentives", whatever that is. Do not take debit cards for this but, that's all I carry so, I've got a hold on my debit card until they decide to release. Had I known this before arrival, would have stayed somwhere else.

I wasn’t allowed to pay cash for my room even though I was told the night before that I could during checkout. Also the door to our room wouldn’t shut all the way unless I manually pull it to. The breakfast was very basic, it was decent at best.

There was a stain on the comforter. There was a stain on the blanket as well. That made me concerned about the cleanliness of the bed.
Breakfast is fine if you like waffles. The only other choices was an english muffin or cereal without milk. Location is convenient. Hotel was quiet.

There was no breakfast!!! There was coffee and these awful little apple “cakes”. You could make toast or a waffleand I did see a peanut butter cup. I guess that was the protein. that’s it. That was your free breakfast. No thanks.
Not far from highway but we drove passed it because it’s off the main road and no signage.
