Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

there is no elevator so if you are at higher level it's just the stairs. AC was very noisy.
Most was pretty decent, clean bed and bathroom.

The only issue I had was my key card spontaneously not working- happened 3x in my 3 night stay.
The staff was wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable.

Would be nice to have a fitness center but not that big of a deal.
The staff was friendly and personable. The shower was just the right water pressure. Really nice.

There was no shower stool available for the handicapped bath/shower.
Great location. Stores were just around the corner. It was very clean. The handicapped room was much appreciated. The staff (Kurt) was very helpful.

The toilet needed to have a cover on it, instead of the public bathroom toilet seat without a cover.
The hospitality of staff was exceptional room as clean and smelled like flowers and the location was very easy to find.

The only thing was the bathroom doesn't have a fan but the housekeeper nicely gave me an spray for the bathroom.
The Hotel staff was very professional and nice people. The housekeepers was very nice and cooperators with the customers making your stay more comfortable and easy. This is a 4 member family Trip, I feel the pillows very comfortable very good quality, and the bed, I Barely feel the difference. I am not easy sleeping in Hotels, but this bed make me feel comfortable my family sleep fast. The place /the hallway was quiet on the night, so easy to sleep. If you plan to stay in this place I strongly recommended ask the address for the Bagel Shop, 1 minute driving, on this place they have healthy food if you are in special diet, and also very good food for your family.

Two small issues: 1. No sound-proofing. I could hear every word of the guys phone conversation from the next room. 2. WiFi didn’t work at all. I had to delete it because it was messing up everything else and I couldn’t even use the WiFi.
Location near Parkway was helpful.

The bathroom was small and the beds bordered on being uncomfortable.
The gentleman who checked us in was outstanding as was the young lady who was at the desk when we departed the next morning. They were both very polite and personable and you are lucky to have them working for your company

Small bathroom, but I slid the little round table close to the bathroom door to accomodate my toiletries and hair and makeup products. So it worked out great anyway.
Very clean rooms, very comfortable beds, pillows and bedding. NIce shower a plus, with extra large shower head. Great value for a very comfortable one night stay.

Spotty wifi, TV had no internet connection.

On this particular stay the constant ticking near the refrigerator was inconvenient at times. The screen needs to be refitted to the window. Some nice weather came in and it was nice to turn off the air blower

There are people speaking very loudly just outside of our windows near the central entrance throughout 4AM to 7AM, which made sleeping difficult.
The Hotel staffs are all fantastic, friendly, and eager to help. The rate is very good and great value for money. The beds are very comfortable to us. The room and facilities meet our expectation and fit the description and photos. The room is clean.

Only I don't like because last day I left lodge they do not provide recipe that I pay $100 advance when I asking to staff they told me they sent me email by receipt but I don't have received yet any receipt by email I was very disappointed also if I contact to them by email they don't respond to me I was not happy about this also when. I stay in lodge Restroom Door not lock because to tight but they did fixed perfact also they don't change Room that I pay full amount lodge because staff service No very good I am sorry to said hope you understand Please also Room Cleaning service I half to inform then they come to cleaning to room I have noticed ....also cleaner staff couple time come and disturb because they told me they finish job 3 pm after they don't cleaning room that's not good some was service I was disappointed...sorry to said ...Also I like lodge Location is No bad

The Hotel was a bit outdated but very clean, we saw the work in progress for updating the landscaping though
