The bed bugs dirty room blood on mattress. Used pads with blood on it left around. And couldn’t get a refund.

It wasn't like the photo shown on the booking site. After a long drive, I was looking for a place to relax and sleep. Unfortunately, the neighbors were noisy at night, and the door banged a couple of times. The toilet flush and floor were broken, and the bed hadn't even been cleaned or washed. I was hesitant to go down and complain because the reception didn't seem friendly. If you're coming from a foreign country, please avoid this property; you won't find any peace until the next morning. I checked out at 4:45 AM and started my drive home. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience.

The entire facility was filthy and smelled horrible. Lots of transient people back and forth. The desk clerk walked me around to about 8 rooms before she found one "clean" enough to let me in.

This is not a normal hotel, but a shelter for the homeless and drug addicts. It's a very dangerous place. Dirt, vomit and feces everywhere. We refused to check in and had to call the police to leave safely.

Hotel lobby hot no ac, elevator broken, got room on 3 floor , the room is so horrible I took a video from the entrance of the horror room and we left , asked for refund they denied . Want more info? The toilet was upside down. Shower destroyed. Vacuum cleaner in front of the bed. I paid for 2 beds cause is my son not my husband and one bed only. Sombody dirty men underwear on the floor, chair had used white thing in it. We never entered the room to check the ac but room was hot too, I have the horror video as proof. Did they expected us to pee or poop in the bathroom on just a hole on the floor with no toilet? Also a note was posted that the hotel didn’t pass cleanest inspection, but omg want to see the video we took of our room? It was better sleeping on the car somewhere else, also some drug users around some so drugged they were sleeping on the grass so we moved to secure area , we left with the horror video and we’re denied refund. I want to send my video , where I can send it? Also we were attacked by a big cockroach and got in the car with us that we rented from budget , sorry budget. That’s cause drug users there don’t use the trash cans.

The torn up walls. Broken door. Like chunks of wood are out of the wall and door. Non working shower. No window curtain on a broken window. Broken elevator. Other guests running around every floor all hours of the night. Property was littered with mentally unstable people who weren't guests as well.

Nothing. It was a slum lord hotel and should be shut down.

The property as a whole should be shut down. There are all type of questionable people standing around outside and inside. The halls were dirty and smelled horrible. We were shown 2 rooms that were believed to have AC. Taking the stairs was horrific and on the floor we would’ve been on there was trash everywhere. Walking into the first room a roach ran past us and there was a huge hole in the wall. By the second room we made the decision to leave and go elsewhere despite the price being cheap.

Hot spot for drug dealing and selling. Property is old and run down. Needs to be condemned and was a bunch of visible roaches in all the rooms and no tvs. The general manager was talking crazy to the assistant manager over the phone in front of me on speaker phone and was totally unprofessional and made me not wait to stay no longer than I already wanted too.

Nothing. I didn’t stay at the property. I couldn’t make it past 5 mins or touring 2 rooms on the first floor.
