The photos/description are a bit misleading. In no way would I consider this place a spa or even spa like. The bedroom of the hotel room looked updated but the bathroom had not been. Safety was a concern. No staff is around after 9:00 pm and there is no latching or secondary lock on the hotel room door. Heard other guests coming in and out of their rooms/slamming doors from 10pm-12am. Interesting for a Sunday night in a town where all of the restaurants/bars close before 9:00pm.

My only complaint really was at the bed that was in our room was not as comfortable as we hoped for given the really good reviews. But my wife and I prefer a firmer mattress, in our bed seemed to cave in a bit which caused discomfort in both of our backs.

The room was really nice along with the bathroom. It was also really nice having a trail nearby and the small morning. Breakfast was also nice.

The facility allows pets, so dogs next door barking early in the morning or late at night can disturb your peace. Hardwood floors on the second floor exacerbates footstep noise and can be really annoying.

Location is great. Rooms and facility are clean. Price was reasonable.

We did not like how loud the cleaning lady was in the The smell in the room was a little off setting They called our room right at 11 o’clock to tell us to get out probably could’ve gave us an extra 15 minutes instead of feeling rushed The coffee machine is not a true Keurig like listed on the website And again the Jacuzzi didn’t look like the website, but we And there was no toilet paper

The breakfast was “corporate” with no fresh food as part of it. Plastic wrapped bagels, donuts, pastries, cereal, milk. No in-room microwave, poor WiFi

The steam room and spa tub, comfortable bed, cozy fireplace, super clean, very nice staff, good parking, green forest view, hear the ocean even though their are no ocean view rooms, nice boardwalk to ocean.

We booked the king room with the jacuzzi and absolutely loved it. Rooms are beautifully furnished, tasteful and clean. The small fireplace made for a very cozy atmosphere and we were happy to find big bed and comfy mattress after a long day of driving. We definitely recommend.

All of the loud noises and foot stomping above our room late into the night. Also sounded like heavy objects were being dragged and possibly laundry was being done because it sounded like water whooshing. Just too many noises.

Do not get any rooms facing the road. Dark, not many windows. In particular, avoid 102. I’d go for rooms in the back on second floor - more windows, likely will hear waves. The fire place(s) are incredibly wimpy- unlike what is in the pictures, more like electric fireplaces. They give heat but zero ambiance. Due to the low price (I went on a Sunday), friendly service, location (and yes, coffee), I’d try it again, being specific about rooms and managing expectations about a good fireplace.

The elevator was out, but it wasn’t too much of a walk to the 2nd floor with my luggage. The parking is also rough for this place, but I don’t know how that can be improved.

The staff was so friendly. The items they had out for breakfast, such as coffee, bagels, yogurt, etc. was wonderful!

Elevator was not working. My husband and I are both handicapped to taking the stairs was very challenging. There were almost no snacks in the lobby and there were no restaurants that delivered food. We arrived in the evening, so this was a bunner. YOu could get wine and beer but not food. The jacuzzi was advertised as "a jacuzzi for 2." It was definitely not big enough for 2. It was comfortable for one person only.

The room had a fireplace and a jacuzzi. It was a very large room and very comfortable. USB ports for charging on both sides of the bed which is wonderful when you travel as a couple.

There was no adjusting the flow in the spa tub. It was full-blast or nothing. Made for some splashes...and shortened our use of it.

Quiet. Private. We only stayed one night- a quick getaway for a birthday celebration. Location was perfect with close access to ocen views and Cambria restaurants and shops.
