Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It was a bit noisy with sound from other apartments. Also noisy from the restaurants below if you’re in bed early but that adds to the atmosphere.
Great sized clean apartment, quaint building and awesome location near bars and restaurants.

Keyless entrance and no staff on site--hotel bombards you with pre-travel emails, texts, pre-arrival forms to fill out, etc. so you might think they are good at communications -- BUT they fail to tell you that to access the front door and your room you must add a checkmark to the code you punch in. The 24/7 phone number to call if you have problems entering the property was not staffed well at 12:00 midnight when I arrived and was locked out. I was on hold for an undetermined amount of time. Room & bathroom is great especially for the very cheap price, but travel lite, since there is no elevator and it's tough to drag a checked bag up three flites of stairs.

Good - excellent location, perfect spot to explore all Miami has to offer, everything is a short walk or Lyft away. Basic but clean Accomodation. Bad - no where to hang towels so hard to dry them, there was a fire alarm while we were there and we had no communication from the staff to explain what was going on. Be aware: 1. this is on Española way, a busy exciting street. We stayed Monday-Friday and the noise was not bad, could not hear with ear plugs. Air conditioning unit outside our room was loud but didn’t bother us. 2. You will not see or interact with any staff during your stay. Think of this more as an air bnb than a hotel

Loved the location! Right in the heart of a bustling street full of great food and nightlife and beautiful to walk around. Close to the beach. Room had everything we needed and we didn’t find it noisy at all as some of the other reviews had mentioned. Everything was virtual which made check in super easy and stress free and meant we could come in at any time.

Never saw one staff member other than housekeeping. No idea if there was a towel and umbrella deal as exists at even less expensive places.
Location. Right in the middle of the fun part. Close enough to the beach. Modern rooms. Great beds. Great shower.

Very loud so don’t book if you like early mornings, but you are in the middle of the city on a party street…so you get what you expect

The room was very small, there is no parking available and parking in Miami Beach can be quite expensive (5 dollars per hour in one of the closest parking lots).
Walking distance from Miami Beach, very convenient if main interest is the beach and if you do not have/ want to move by car. Virtual check in and services are very good

No hanger or hooks for wet towel. No way they can be dried. The bath smells musty. No way to change get dry towels No tea or coffee. The resort fee is a joke as there is no place to change the towels.

Around 1am either guests or staff were socializing at the little patio set up right outside my door. They were pretty loud, especially for that time of night. There should be a "quiet time" policy regardless of the white noise machine provided in the room.
Location is great if you're hoping to stay by the beach and different options for food. I really liked that the beach chairs were included in the booking

The locks to get in and out can be noisy, especially if you are on the ground floor. Therefore, people going in and out of the building late at night can disturb your sleep and wake you up--that is what happened to me.
Good location and value. This is not a luxury place but a great convenient place.
