The room was clean and big enough. The breakfast had several options, coffee was all day long. Facilites even though I didn’t use them, was perfect for a longer stay. Cafeteria was clean and super well organized. I’ll be coming back to this hotel

Shower could have been a little cleaner, blankets were rough, no exhaust fan in bathroom so it was super hot after shower.

Great location, nice rooms, friendly staff, loved the breakfast, A/C worked well, quiet

It’s a nice hotel, comfortable and clean, but bring earplugs to deal with the road noise.

Road noise! We were on the highway side of the hotel and it was very loud until after midnight

Close enough to walk to downtown but far enough away to be out of the hustle and bustle. Corner room was awesome with lots of natural light.

Exceptional welcome and very kind and responsive management. Many thoughtful and considerate details, such as GF offerings at breakfast and high quality tea and drink alternatives to regular milk or coffee.

The only thing that I didn't like was they only provided a combo "shampoo/conditioner". To all hotels out there, please provide separate shampoo and conditioner. Pretty please. Since we were staying for an yoga festival event the prices were definitely more expensive than typical prices. Otherwise our stay was fantastic and would definitely return.

Perfect location just close enough to walk to downtown Asheville but with all the amenities and wow the view from the 2nd floor space was incredible. The room was extremely spacious and the kitchenette was outstanding. Having the option to even prop open the window was really nice to get a little fresh air into the room. The food was good, standard Marriott. There was even a complimentary happy hour during the week with beer, wine and cheese options. Overall I really don't have any negatives about this place. I appreciated the parking onsite (and even have underground if space available), though you do have to pay extra for parking. Probably one of my favorite perks was the filtered water from the kitchenette sink! This should be in every hotel. So appreciated.

The noise made by the other guests, specifically a group of kids. However, that is not the fault of the hotel.

Paying for parking on the premises . I would have preferred to have a liquid hand wash.

Breakfast had a great variety. It was walking distance from downtown, there was a shuttle from 3-10pm. We stayed on one of the top floors and the view was excellent. loved the kitchnette with a cooktop and the pans though we didn't use them.

Our room was out of shower gel, not enough towels for the guests, trash was left under the sink from a previous guest. We were disappointed in the quality of the room for the price we paid.

    Beautiful decor

Exceptional property, convenient location, well maintained - it met all our expectations. Breakfast was acceptable and maybe a level above average. Wine and cheese hour was a nice touch. Room rate was very reasonable for a property of this caliber.

The hotel was built between two busy roads, so the noise might be problematic for some depending on the room selection.

The staff and interior of the property were great. Comfortable rooms with some dishes/silverware. The rooftop terrace is relaxing at sunset.

Parking is limited / or non existent We were not able to park (using the self park $12 per day mandated by Element / property. We waited and looked for 45 mins for a parking spot late at night. All the parking spots were taken and there were no remaining. The only spots were clearly marked TOW ZONE if not a part of the business so we avoided. For a great property to remain in good standing, the parking situation must be improved. Eliminate the cost to park if there are not enough parking spots for guests staying in the hotel.
