We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesThere was some things that seen like they were not fixed properly. The bathroom almost fell off. The frontroom lamp the top fell off. So it seen like stuff was damaged before we were there. So I don't get my deposit back. So I am waiting to see if get it back.

United StatesThe pet charge was almost the same as person charge, hot tub was not filled, no pet area for our dogs. Sure a little grass but past doggies poo was everywhere. No pet bags, scooper or accessible garbage for it. Rooms were thin. No one at front desk nor was there any cups in the room. Building look run down. However, I would stay again if trying to save money.
We were pleasantly surprised by our room accommodations. We had a nice comfortable king bed, desk, chair, microwave and refrigerator.

United StatesA Big safety issue when you’re with your wife or kids, is that there is no back entrance door and anyone can get to the back rooms. Not to mention, use the pool.
It was in a good location right off of I35 and easy to find.

United StatesI believe Booking.com has this as a 3 star hotel. I find that hard to believe. - The microwave had food in it - should to be cleaned after each guest stay. The refrigerator also needed to be wiped down. - The hair dryer didn't work. - There were no cups in the room. No soap dish in the bath/shower. - Pillows were flat.
Good location for visiting the Flint Hills.

United StatesSome of the outlets did not work. Outdated look and bent clothing rod. Sink was difficult to turn off. TV only had one station. Only one lamp worked. Some guests smoked right outside of their rooms so that I had to smell smoke coming and going. I also couldn't just leave the door open to air out the room without letting their smoke in. Room with pool was very hot even though the water was cold.
Bed was fine and shower was warm. It was quiet and no guests were disruptive. The air conditioner worked just fine also. Everything looked clean.

Shelley was kind and professional but overworked\understaffed. The room, bed, fridge&freezer were fine. Good sized flatscreen tv but didnt view it. Parking was very convenient outside my door and the hotel was easily accessible from the highway but not noisy.
