The outdoor pool was very cold so we only used it one night but that wasn't a big deal as we were pretty busy on the trip.

Staff was always friendly! The room was kept very clean and had a nice layout. We also loved the close proximity to DC and dining/shopping areas.

Very specious, clean and overall a great place. Breakfast was out of this world!!! Swimming pool was clean and beautiful. Our family of nine enjoyed our time at the hotel.

We didn’t like having to pay $22 a day for parking…but the rates for the hotel weren’t bad…so it all worked itself out.

Only complaint was AC not working in one of the rooms. We stayed for two nights and informed the staff after the first night about the problem first thing in the morning, but still had to sweat out a second hot night, as it hadn’t been fixed and we were not offered a different room. We probably could have asked, but we arrived back to the hotel late on day two and weren’t thinking about room changes that late at night.

Great location. Great breakfast and facilities (gym, pool, washer/dryers). Staff was excellent.

The refrigerator didn't get very cool, not sure if it was turned down or not.

The room was clean and comfortable. The employees were polite, friendly, and helpful. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet 😋. The omelettes were delicious.

The pull out couch was uncomfortable to sleep on. It was also a bit dirty, so we didn't sleep on it. The air conditioning was blowing straight at the head of the bed. I wished we didn't have to pay for parking, but the rate was cheaper than other hotels.

The only negative was that the pool hours were limited and not being able to use the pool before 9 a.m. meant we could not use it at all given our schedule.

Spacious and well appointed room, Comfortable bed and linens. Enjoyed TV in living room and bedroom. Very nice breakfast and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff.

the only downside the air-conditioned in my room, which was handicapped room, made very loud noise. I called the front desk, and they did send someone, but it wasn't fixed. also, dogs are not welcomed in the restaurant

I reserved a room with a balcony but when I checked in I didn't get the room I paid for. The restaurant menu was extremely expensive I mean a burger for 22 dollars, a side of French fries $7 I could understand that if it was a 5-star 🌟 restaurant. Service was slow and the male bartender (Jim) was as nice as a cold iceberg Maybe he was having a bad day but being kinda of rude didn't help. Customer service needs to step up and be trained on how to take care of your guests at a hotel. As a guest, I was disappointed with the service from the restaurant staff and when you work on Tips being attentive and prompt is key. (Tip- To ensure prompt service)

Breakfast was Amazing Maria G the attendant was extremely helpful, friendly, and kind. So the whole experience was not met. BUT I will say this about this hotel. After bringing my concerns and what went wrong the management comped my room which I didn't expect. Yes, things weren't great but on the flip side, they offer some great perks ( Free 2 alcohol drinks and a free appetizer) indoor and outdoor pools, a Hot tub, and an Amazing complementary breakfast. I think training on customer service should be done for the whole staff. You as a guest should not have to ask for condiments for your meal. The restaurant staff at least the night staff needs to check on your guests after they receive their meal( 2 minutes 2 bites check) As for the rooms they were clean the bed was very comfortable. Plenty of towels and washcloths, condiments ( shampoo, conditioner, body lotion were all very nice) Now would I recommend this hotel to friends, family, coworkers? Yes I would but also call ahead to make sure you get the room you booked and ask about parking, breakfast, check in and check out. The prices to stay at this particular.hotel is what I would say very high. If I was to grade this hotel 70% out of a 100%
