The valet parking was unexpected and not optional. It would have been nice to know this ahead of time.

The room size was larger than expected and the room was very comfortable. The check in staff was very friendly and the complimentary breakfast was very good. The location was close to restaurants.

Pool area and water didn’t seem to be the cleanest. I wish our suite had a table and more than one office chair. There was a little kitchenette and slept 5 + but only that single office desk and chair up against the wall so my kids took turns eating standing up at the desk. So weird.

I wish there was a map or someone to point you in the right direction. I had trouble finding a few areas that I would have to have seen. Also valet tries thier best but they did have a problem and I waited an hour for my car. They made it up to me tho.

The beds could have been more comfortable and only valet parking was available because of the city location (fine if you are flying) but we drove. Also the valet cost was pretty high. The Seelbach across the street had cheaper valet and I think it was in the same lot.

The room was clean and spacious. The beds could be a bit more comfortable, seemed like the mattress needed replacing but the overall room was lovely and great for our group. The hotel itself was always great and convenient within walking distance to lots of attractions. The breakfast was hearty and a great value.

My only complaint is that they need to use fabric softener or get better pillow cases and sheets because they were scratchy enough that I woke up with 2 abrasions on my face and left blood stains on their pillow case.

Our only real complaint was the pool. The pool area was very nice, but the pool water was dirty....... I know you can't help what other people do, but it appeared that someone had shaved in the pool. LOTS of hair in the pool. So that could have been cleaner. One of the barn door type doors in our room seemed to have been off track because it was super hard to open and close. But that isn't really anything to not like, just a minor inconvenience.

The staff was great-super friendly and helpful with any questions we had, and had great recommendations! The breakfast was delicious and everything was well stocked. The room we were in was way more spacious than expected (room 756). Very good location-practically at Fourth Street Live! Within walking distance to numerous restaurants and things to do.
