I was locked out of my room after hours. The phone was not rigged up correctly and me and another guy roamed around aimlessly trying to figure out how to get into a room. Finally, someone alerted the staff member that the phone was not obviously reaching and we were able to get in our room, our keys and malfunction due to the changeover or something the after hours lack of service sucks. I was there before when there was a person on duty at night and it was a much better experience. Please bring back the night shift

the place could use a little update, it's definitely not fancy. housekeeping ony comes in once every 14 days and the parking lot was full of Mexicans out drinking and hanging out every day

It has rooms with a kitchen included, but if you want to use it you have to bring all the dishes because they don't have any kitchen utensils. On the page it offers breakfast service which is not a breakfast, just coffee and some snacks and you have to take it literally from the front desk to your room. The cleanliness of the room and the hotel is average. The location is good, close to the beach and shopping areas.

The room had a kitchen, which made it smell from usage of oil from other people. The floors were also sticky.

We tried to check in early and asked if we can try to get in asap as we drove all night but no attempts to help us out were made. I guess there are residents living here because the hallways were a mess and the smell of cooked food made the stay unpleasant.

The smoke alarm kept going off, the bed was uncomfortable, couldn’t use the microwave it was nasty , and once I dosed off it sounded like someone was trying to come in and it i couldn’t go back to sleep.And the place smells like old mildew

there were cockroaches on the bed, and when I told management, they told me that they only had one housekeeper in the entire building and that I needed to changed it, and that was the best they can do

Rooms smell like complete ashtrays!!! I was ready to turn right around and tell them I want to cancel and find another reservation because I cannot stand the smell of cigarettes nor having to sleep in the room like that! We even went to the store and bought smoke odor eliminator spray and the smell was so bad it would not even keep it covered! I was so upset, but I dealt with it because we were not able to afford another place in that area last minute had we walked out of there and canceled. We probably would’ve lost out on money too for doing so. so we were pretty much stuck. Had room not reeked of cigarettes, all in all it wouldn’t have been so bad.

We found a moldy avocado the bathroom door didn't lock the shower was dirty the dresser door was broken told staff and they said maintenance was going to come.but never did.

I had 3 rooms booked. One was not clean so my daughter went to Walmart to buy cleaning supplies and cleaned the restroom. Her bedsheets had sand on them. There was hair on the toilet and water handle in the sink. The water pressure was very week. The other room we booked the electricity went out for about 2 hours. Not good when in the middle of cooking. My room the bed sheets were dirty. The people next to me were smoking and it leaked into my room which I hated because I don't smoke and my 4 year old grandson was in the room with me. My phone did not work and it was plugged in.

Permanent inhabitants of this hotel were smoking out of the windows. Loud music playing, airconditioning was not working, room wasnt very clean, lots of fat residu on the kitchen.

The bed was okay but wasn’t the best. The dresser and kitchen were super old. The dresser top had a badly warped top and the kitchen cabinets were falling apart. The shower had no soap, shampoo, or conditioner in it.

The breakfast was mediocre at best. The staff Shiela was great! Shiela was very nice and welcoming.
