- A cockroach visited us but just one. I've never seen a single one in Europe, but it's probably common here.

- Older hotel but in good condition, no smell as someone writes in the reviews (we were staying on the left on the second floor) - It was cleaned very well by American standards - Large parking lot, we had no problem with parking - Room service is available every day.. is possible to cancel it(or order for specific days) at the reception

Parking was somewhat difficult with all the construction going on. Next year should be much better.

we liked the restaurant, the Tiki Bar and the beach. We also really liked the waitress in the restaurant. Very friendly and efficient. She was on the move constantly between The Tiki Bar and restaurant. And always had a smile.

We were told there would be live entertainment daily by the website, the front desk, the bartender and the server, that was one of the reasons why we chose to stay there and even hourly we were being told in another hour…., but no music period!

Stairwells were very dark and made it uncomfortable going up and down stairs - afraid of slipping and tripping. Elevator made us nervous - didn't seem to operate well.

Although the property appeared dated to me, the room itself was very clean and had everything we needed. Air conditioning worked great.

The tiki bar was horrible. The staff didn’t put on music. No fruit for drinks they just didn’t care. Except joe he was good. Need a better concept out there. Maybe mirror pinchers outdoor bar. That’s where we went everyday rooms and area was kept up perfect staff at hotel great

whole place under construction, they didn’t tell this was going to be going on , so not like we had hoped, getting woke up to jack hammering and chainsaws not ideal vacation activities.

We weren't expecting the construction at our time of arrival. We thought that it would be an issue with our stay. Paula moved us to a better area that made all of the difference. She turned what we thought would be a bad experienced into a good one.

The staff were all very helpful in every way. The manager Paula was exceptional. We loved the Tiki Bar and music along with the pool.

The lady at the front dest when we checked in couldn've been a little friendlier, maybe she was just having a bad day. I understood that there was construction and that wasn't a problem, we were emailed about this but luckily for us it rained some during the day when we were inside our room so we didn't have to hear any of it. It will be nice after they're finished so no problem

Gread location for walking to the beach. Rooms are very clean and the workers cleaning and taking care of the property were very nice, a/c is nice and cold.
