When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

The amenities u need to get it in the front desk like hair dryer , so if im in the 3rd floor i need to go down n get it . It should stay in the bathroom . Breakfast should be like hot breakfast not to go breakfast , theres no other options that u can choose from.

We could hear the people upstairs.. the aisles were dirty and there were things everywhere all the time (that could be probably be taken care of if staff walked around the property more often and there was more surveillance).. out of the 8 days we stayed at the hotel, at least half of them there was no breakfast (they were out of coffee and other stuff, apparently).. the room was somewhat clean, but the kitchenette had crumbs over the counter and the stove..
The beds were really comfortable and the bathroom was nice..

Our towel bar kept falling off in our bathroom. The hallways were extremely dirty. The floor was pretty grimy under our couch.

Standrand room smelled like so much bleach I was getting a headache from it so I had no choice but to upgrade and pay more for a nicer room .

The first room was disgusting. One bed had crumbs under the sheets and a stain I couldn't identify. The other one was covered with what looked like pee stains. The cloth chair was covered in what looked like dry vomit. The grab and go breakfast wasn't there. There was stuff for coffee but no coffee. The day guy was not friendly. I recommend that if you decide to stay here, definitely check the beds. It has a full kitchen but it doesn't come with anything to cook with (pots, pans, silverware, ect...) bring your own
The lady at the night check was very nice. The room I was assigned to was unacceptable. She was apologetic and assigned a much better room. I would stay at this hotel again because of her. The room served my needs.

They gave the card of the room that was not cleaned. However, alternative room was given immediately.

They make you pay a 100 dollar deposit on a room that you only pay 90 dollars for. And you don't know that till you get there. That was not the problem so much as they don't give back your deposit. I left the room in very good condition. Almost as clean as when I arrived. Yet I still have not received my deposit refund. So beware . Whatever the cost of the room is, add 100 bucks to the total cause they gonna keep that money. Not fair.
I liked the room and the staff . They were friendly and the room was fresh and clean. Ac worked great. Hot water. Everything as it should be.

The shower has very little to no water pressure. The shower floor is peeling badly. The beds were smaller than expected. Toilet paper was one roll and a half, for 3 adults, for 5 days. Three towels, three hand towels, three wash cloths.
The full sized appliances for use. The laundry and gym facilities were good.
