Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesDisappointed that when we requested the room to be cleaned after the first night, we were told it’s done every other day throughout the stay. We only stayed for two nights which means the room was never actually cleaned for us, only the second day when you would have to clean the room anyways for check out. Although I understand I think it’s deceitful if people are only staying two nights, expected one clean given we did pay for our stay. Would advise you to apply this every other day clean only to people who are staying more than two nights so that rooms actually get cleaned for people who stay two nights given they are paying for a comfortable stay.

United StatesShowers have a flow regulator on them which makes for a miserable shower experience. It’s enough to get clean but you will spend longer in the shower to get the soap washed off properly. Not what I would expect from a Hilton. No safe in the room; didn’t like that... don’t want to have to carry valuables with me when I go out to dinner. Outrageous charge for the in-room bottled water (cheapest bottles that you can buy at a warehouse club, then charging $8 for something worth maybe 10¢ Is not cool). Bottled water should be complimentary. Why is it that a $30 per night hotel room in Asia can provide free bottled water while a $120-$150 per night hotel in the US charges $8 a bottle for the same thing? Ridiculous.
Room was clean and comfortable. USB chargers were provided. Bathroom was clean. There was an iron and ironing board in the room which came in handy. Happy the room had a refrigerator. Also the hotel has plenty of free parking, which was nice.

United StatesThe verification page for the wifi was difficult. It wouldn't come up on my phone. Was never able to get into the wifi. Asked the front desk they said it was my phone issue. Other hotel brands have easier verification methods. Not sure what Hiltons is doing. TV resets everytime its shut off to a home screen for the hotel then you have to select watch TV. I just find this annoying and unnecessary. What is this actually helping with? The between bed nightstand was not working. Figured out it was all plugged into a power strip that was turned off. But it was boarded up so you really couldn't see. Luckily I could figure it out and just get my finger in to turn on the power strip. A really silly and inconvient set up. Cable connection on TV was also broken. Had to wiggle it to make sure it stayed in and clear but came loose easily when bumped

India1. Lack of proper dinner facilities, in spite of having a restaurant in the hotel. 2. The design of the hotel, wherein the elevators were in one end of the building instead of bring in the middle.. This required a rather long walk to the room.

United StatesThe bathrooms poor design when they did the renovation. Now that the floors are even with the shower there were no mats to step on so water is also on the bathroom floor since the shower curtains are several inches above the floor and will have to be careful walking across the bathroom to get a towel which is about six feet from the shower since no towel holders are near the shower. An accident waiting to happen. Second night there no room service.
