The pool/gym was closed.
We were in town to see the cicada emergence.The staff was friendly and the breakfast area was especially nice. The rooms met or exceeded expectations and the location is convenient.

The bed creaked every time I moved in 222.
The staff went above and beyond to help us split our bill! It was tricky. Breakfast was excellent!

The indoor pool was freezing cold

Drapes did not close and the parking lot light was shinning real bright in my eyes while I was trying to sleep.
We were in room 326 and parking lot light outside shown in the window and on the bed where we were sleeping. The drapes could not be closed. Had to get up and use a clip I had with me to hold the drapes together in order to sleep.

Last night we stayed we could hear people/kids walking around above us. They didn't stay up late or walked around early in am so it wasn't terrible.
The location was right for what we planned to do. The staff were so friendly & helpful. The woman in the dinning room was super nice. Everything was so clean. The breakfast food/coffee was great.

Night staff one lady was not very friendly. Was walking to the pool area to meet up with friends and was told no one is there and it's closing at 12 witch we already know. But was rude about it 😒
I didn't care for it. There was no milk.

When we first checked in, there was a note posted on desk that indicated that I needed to pick up a phone to get someone to come ( I received more than one request to check in virtually). When we left the next morning, same experience. There was no one at the desk. The guy was in the back and came forward pretty quickly but I like to actually speak with someone when entering and exiting an accommodation. It's not a good sign to me that places expect guests to come and go without interaction. The rooms are dated, especially the bathroom.
The breakfast looked good. We wanted to get on the road so we didn't partake. However, the coffee was good-much better than regular hotel coffee. The room was spacious with lounge chair that had a little tray over it. I did some computer work so it was wonderful to relax with legs extended and have somewhere to place my work. There were plenty of bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths.

the value was not there... the rooms were outdated, the bed was uncomfortable,dark in the room. breakfast was no good. the dry cereal was the best. carpet in room felt gross. i expected nicer from a hampton inn and 200 a night.
the staff was friendly. easy to grab a bite to eat as they are close to places. towels are nice.

More attention to detail in bathroom cleaning. Wall to the left of bathroom sink dirty. Corners in floor dirty.
Comfy bed & linens. Great shower & bathroom. Carpet was clean.

When checking in the lady was very rude. I saw that they had a sign saying pool was down, and when I asked her if it would be down our entire stay her response was "I don't know, probably". This was why we booked this hotel paying double the price of every other hotel around. Went down for breakfast and multiple things were out and there were still 2 hours left. Had to ask for each thing that was out instead of them just refilling it. Super frustrating.
The bed was decent and the breakfast was decent.
