United StatesI called to verify they had a hot tub. The central 1 800 number put me on hold and verified that they indeed had a hot tub. There are photos on the website that also indicate that there is a hot tub. There is NOT a hot tub. This was a sister get away and we literally planned our evening around this supposed hot tub. The hot tub has been removed and covered up for several months. The pool is supposed to be heated but it is chilly. The beds in the room are very stiff and hard. I am recovering from back surgery and was looking forward to a deluxe mattress and hot tub. A relaxing evening with my sister.

United StatesPrice way to high for a place under construction. Construction dust thru out the hotel. Walls paper thin can hear every word from the adjacent rooms. Was not notified it was under construction prior to renting and it is my belief the rates were raised due to the massive floods in the area. Rooms were run down and needed remodeling.

United StatesLocated right at the interstate exit. A straight shot into the town. Gas station/convience store next door as well as a Waffle House. A Cracker Barrel is just on the other isde of the interstate and a McDonald's across the street. The room was eceptionally clean and the bed comfortale. Staff pleasant and helpful. Met family at a different location for breakfast. Making reservations were easy.

United StatesThere was a dip in the center of the bath tub we had to stradle to shower. This might make it difficult for an elderly person.
Convient location right off the interstate so easy to find. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable which made for a good nights sleep. Very quiet atmosphere and no late night noise. Ample parking. Situated next door to a Waffle House which allowed us to walk there for dinner after we arrived. Also next to a gas station/convience store which allowed us to prepare to continue our journey fueld up and with snacks.

United StatesWhen we checked in the woman at the front desk seemed annoyed to have to help us. They charged a security deposit with no warning. The room was clean other than unidentifiable spots all over the bathroom. I selected this hotel because their page's photo gallery showed a pool area with a hot tub. The picture was obviously either a different facility or the hot tub was removed.

I paid extra to stayed The chain of Hampton so many time this first time I was disappointed.I checked in at 11:30pm and paid for $138 they charge $188 still not finish process for three days. The room uncomfortable, breakfast not much choice.

United StatesFront desk staff weren’t very friendly but housekeeping staff made up for them, very friendly and happy to leave us extra towels. Still, it wouldn’t kill the front desk staff to smile, would it?!
The indoor pool was a good bonus for the kids. Nicely updated rooms - particularly like the well lit bathroom with huge mirror and plenty of counter space.

United StatesThere was a garbage can outside right outside the entrance door & it was full the whole time and garbage running over! it was never changed until the day I left, it just looked bad. Also when I checked out they could not get a paper receipt to print with my charges on it & the clerk said it was because I used booking.com but this was a pay at the property booking… it was very irritating since I need the receipt for work purposes…. 😡
