Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. Breakfast need to add protein more options as a frequent customer at that hotel breakfast is a disappointment either the orange juice machine is not working properly because they put the wrong orange juice bag , breakfast is not like before when you guys had eggs , sausage, bacon spend to much money to stay that not to have a decent breakfast

Not very welcoming. Staff was brief short and had that look of staff not wanting to be there. Towel rack in bathroom was dirty. Shower did not work properly. No complimentary water in room for coffee and ice bucket was dirty. Could use some TLC.
Location off near major highway for that area was great

The hotel looks a little dated and I was nervous that my car might be broken into. Better security would be good.
The lovely woman, Tanya, at the reception desk, was just great. She was very professional, helpful, and kind.

As soon as we open the room door the smell was so bad, I try to open the window but couldn't.
Everything was good, the bed was very comfortable and the room and bathroom were clean, the only problem was the room deodorizer they use was so strong and not good at all.

A bit noisy. I can still hear people getting in and out after 12am. Breakfast is simple and doesn't have much choice. Facility is a bit old.
Staff was nice and found us a relatively quieter room. Breakfast time is long enough for most of people. Parking is easy. Wifi connection is good enough for light use. Location is convenient and close to food and shopping.

The toilet kept messing up from the moment we got into the room.

To people on the floor above was noisy, we could hear the walking around! We have never experienced that in other BW’s we’ve stayed!

That one room got clean and the other room got ignored. Had to go complain to the front desk to get the room cleaned. Then they did it the following day.

Wifi could have been stronger.
The location was off the freeway, yet far enough not to hear road noise. A grocery store was across the street and a restaurant in the same parking lot in the local downtown business area. Breakfast had both hot and cold items.

There was nothing I didn't like about my stay.
I chose this hotel for the free breakfast, which did not disappoint. The area was well stocked and very clean. The location was as perfect as one could get. The location was close to the highway but still very quiet at night. There was ample parking, which was wonderful.

The cleaning was not up to par very strange white residue on just about all surfaces.
Breakfast was great and staff was very helpful not to knowledgeable about certain things but helpful none the less. Walking distance to just about any fast food place.

The room itself was a little worse for wear. One of the drawers were cracked and put back together, peeling paint, wear and tear things. Overall, we were there to sleep and go to our music festival so for us it didnt matter as long as everything was clean.
Hotel staff was very nice and accommodating, gave us extra towels and bedding whenever we asked. The hotel was quiet for the most part with lots of parking and different side entrances for easier transport of bags to elevator. Big space with a kitchen area. Breakfast was available but grocery store, starbucks and other restaurants were close by to walk to.
